I've started a new playthrough of Reborn, and I know there's normally a vendor in the northern Peridot Ward who sells Pokesnax; however, no matter where I look I can't find him. This video might help you a bit: If you advance a little (Get 2 badges) and manage to unlock Beryl Ward, you can also find another guy there.
