I'm getting rid of the pokemon moves:

Flash - Roserade

Peck/Trash(Maybe) - Mamoswine

Surf - Empoleon

Furute Sight - Dusknoir.

I need some people opinions for what pokemon moves i should replace with.

Also if it's something other things i should fix up to my pokemon team, i would appreciate it.

One move I'd suggest for your Roserade is Petal Dance, but I don't think you can learn it once it evolves. Honestly, that's about the only move I really use on him, but it pretty much one shots his opponent.

For Infernape, I'd probably just focus on physical attacks and replace flamethrower for some other move (I can't think of what moves are available off the top of my head).

For Mamoswine, at least replace Peck with Ice Fang. While that move isn't the best, it'll at least pack a bit more punch than Ice Shard. Thrash is probably alright for right now though.

Empoleon I'd say it might be a good idea to consider Iron Defense based on how my Blastoise performs. That move along saved me on many, many leader battles, but it doesn't seem too bad besides that.

For Dusknoir, I'd say replace Future Sight. Honestly, Curse is way more effective than Future Sight.

Meowstick is fine, but if he starts to fail you, there are a boatload of Psychic types that can easily replace him.

If you're going for an Iron fist-infernape, you might want to consider breeding one with thunderpunch for some nice coverage, and EV-training it's attack and speed.
I don't know about poison point on Roserade...it's got a quite thin physical defense, however, I got one with natural cure, and I only benefitted from it twice, I think. Maybe consider swapping it's ability for it's hidden ability? (I thought it was regenerator, but in all honesty idk)
I don't know how mamoswine learns icicle crash, but I think it is preferred over ice fang because of a bigger damage output.

Both Flamethrower and Flare Blitz are redundant. FB is stronger, so ditch FT. Get Acrobatics, Punishment, T-Punch, or give it a special set with Nasty Plot/Calm Mind, Flamethrower/Heat Wave, Grass Knot, Hidden Power/Mach Punch.

Definitely change it's ability to Technician, it gives you 90 BP Hidden Power (Fire would be ideal).

The best set it can go for is Giga Drain/Leaf Storm, Sludge Bomb, Hidden Power, Extrasensory. E12 or earlier is required to breed both SB and ES. Check the pinned guide in this section for instructions.

If you won't go back, only SB cannot be gotten onto it in this episode, then it's just Nuzleaf>Budew. Instead, Toxic Spikes can do work, much better than Toxic.

Definitely keep EQ and IS, but give Mamoswine either Icicle Crash or Ice Spear instead of Peck (IC is better). And swap Thrash for Body Slam, the high para chance works really well with IC's high flinch chance. Curse is also a very good for it (though IC won't be flinching a lot then, but oh well).

The best set by far for Empoleon is Grass Knot, Scald, Ice Beam and Agility, gotten via breeding pre-E13. (And give it Torrent).

Future Sight is bad. Trick Room, any other Elemental Punch, Shadow Sneak, Curse and Charge Beam are all better.

I'd honestly say Meowstic has far outlived it's usefulness, but if you want to keep it, swap Dark Pulse for Charge Beam.

I agree with Etesian, Meowstic won't be useful anymore. There are far better choices for psychic types such as Alakazam, Reuniclus, Metagross, Gallade and Gothitelle. However, I'd recommend a fairy type instead such as Clefable, Sylveon, Azumarill or Gardevoir to deal with Dragons. Clefable with Magic Guard and Moonblast/Flamethrower/Calm Mind/Thunderbolt works great. You'd have to breed CM and Tbolt from episode 12- though (for Calm Mind go with Spritzee > Clefable and Tbolt Pikachu > Clefable).

Run Fake Out over Dark Pulse on Meowstic. Meowstic-M plays a support role and Fake Out gets you an advantage on the first turn of double battles.

I'm not sure if Misty Terrain instantly overwrites existing terrain, but if that's the case, it's a great option on Meowstic-M.

It decrease the half life, so it's a risky move.

It haven't failed me, it have saved me many times with the prankster ability. But i'll note the replacing.

Was going to use ice fang, but one of these moves you said, i'll chose them later. Body slam works well. And same with the curse.

Thinking about the metagross, i'm have begin to ev train it. Maybe with switching the fairy type pokemon. Thanks for the recommeds.

As etesian gave me already charge beam idea, fake out can work too. I don't really know about the misty terrain thing..
