Qaaz
First use the EV Guide http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=7866 to give them the EV's u want, after that they will about 30-40 lvl so just go to Tauros/Buffalants That's what I do Edited January 18, 2015 by Qaaz
Sonikku
I recommend EV training, and the best place to tran is still the Citae de artuksdfocjewnfwkjnfdwov. The place where you fought the Ditto-Arceus. There are Unkowns from I believe Lv. 40-80. Lots of experience.
Etesian
Yep, Citae is the way to go for XP. Also grab those Power items from floor #4 of the O.Dept. Store if you want to EV train. Speaking of EVs, the Woobat cave spots, like the one where the Pansear event takes place is best by far for Speed.
Lostelle
Or you could go to the Reborn Hall, (whatever it's called), and battle the trainers there, and change the dates on your clock and different ones will be there. They give you EXP & Money. Their about level 55-65 if I remember correctly.

I'd say around Serra they'd be around 40-50.

Whoops, didn't notice that, haha. Would still be a good way as well. Serra locks at 50, right? I haven't played in ages.
