The best buds thing depends on how others interact with Adolf. If he is not too good with the other kids then definitely Angel would want to try and protect him and as such would be friends with him. Also she would gel with Khet as her abilities would help her understand him better. Can't say much about Kai as of now. Not really getting any vibes here. Maybe as the RP progresses. Like your typical 14-year-old, Ashton wears a black/gray tee with jeans. He looks like one of those "popular kids" who attract all the ladies. His facial features include: black hair, blue eyes, and sunglasses (this will be explained later) with dark, thick eyebrows. Personality: Ashton is self-centered and rather full of himself, so he's not very good with people. He does, however, have a soft side. Backstory/History: Ashton's mother died giving birth to him, and his father committed suicide soon thereafter. Because of this, he was raised by his aunt, who, unfortunately, couldn't handle the responsibility of handling a child and ended up neglecting him. Ashton wasn't fond of her, so he was glad to be brought to HQ Powers: Ashton has the ability to control lighting at will. He rarely uses this ability, because he doesn't want anyone non-threatening to be blinded/seriously impaired. Reasoning: Impairing people with sound/light helps you escape. Useful, ain't it? Strengths: Ashton never gives up, even when times are hard. Weaknesses: Because he's so egotistical, Ashton can't sympathize/ empathize with others. He is very rude and loves to put down others. There will be a starter, of course, but other than that feel free to work the plot. Random events and missions will start later on after we get relationships and stuff fleshed out a bit. EDIT: Finished my characters. I recommend everyone update their characters when they get the chance during the RP itself, to make sure things stay up-to-date for referencing. Though she would probably have understood him due to her ability.. Also I'm toying with the idea of a kid with dissociative identity disorder.. Rather he has no identity of his own, but gets different identities randomly.. His ability is to get into the minds of others and absorb their abilities.. Here's how I see things turning out: If Ashton and Jenkins are in the same group, they'll both end up vying for the position of Group Leader. this would lead to both of them getting into a Power Struggle because of their Overinflated Egos. Then, when they're already on not-so-good terms with each other, Ashton would try to put down Jenkins or be rude to him in other ways, which jenkins would take offense at. this would lead to A: Jenkins being a little too mad for the groups' own good, flinging everyone all over the place, and/or B: Ashton practically blinding everyone when he gets fed up with Jenkins and drops The Big One in terms of Flashbombs or Darkbombs. B would definitely lead to A, though. Although... that does also seem pretty funny. Parodying Pokemon's "Blasting Off"... Man, Jenkins is gonna be fun to play as when I've had a bad day.
