Follow
The best electric pokemon in the game is heliolisk in the sun. But between Luxray and Electivire I'd say Electvire is better, but is this related to the reborn game? If it is, so you should post this on team showcase (or Reborn city, I'm quite confused actually). Edited February 25, 2015 by Follow
Sparky
I'd say Luxray, but that's probably just me
DJWongTong
Electivire has higher speed and slightly higher attack while also generally having better coverage, however it can not currently be "Legitimately" obtained in game without some shenanigans so Luxray could make a decent substitute. Now as for the best electric type in game, I would say Rotom-W is a worthy contender. Patrick
In competitive battle or Reborn I'd say Electivire, as for a personal favorite I would say Luxray considering you can get it much sooner. If you really want a good electric type I'd say Magenemite (at lvl 32 automatically, so one level and it evolves) at Yugeru Power Plant would be best, at least until you can get Rotom. Deleted User
Seeing as this is a question regarding Pokemon Reborn, I'm moving this to Team Showcase. This section pertains to the competitive Pokemon game in which users battle one another on the DS or a simulator such as Showdown.
Knight_Teutonic
Jolly Guts Luxray with Toxic Orb is a beast. It dies fast thanks to poison damage and wild charge recoil, but with proper EV training it will destroy everything on its path. Facade also kills many ground-type pokemon. Well actually a flame is orb is just as effective while having lower self damage, it is often misconceived that flame orb and guts simply cancel one another out but in actuality guts both cancels out the burn stat drop while also boosting attack as it should. Antilegend
Is Electrive or Luxray better I heard there both really good pokemon plus I am trying to find the best electric pokemon in this game The item used to evolve Electabuzz isn't currently in the game. As mentioned before, without messing with the fundamentals of the game, it's not possible to get it. Ampharos would be a good choice as well. Considering the natural bulk Ampharos has with access to coverage moves like Signal Beam and Power Gem, as well as bulking up with Cotton Guard, it'd make for a good pokemon to have coverage for and to tank physical hits. Just some food for thought. Edited February 28, 2015 by Antilegend
Aurorix
I prefer magnemite for an electric type though between the two I'd say Electrive

I said toxic orb because I still didn't find the flame orb in reborn. Only the former is available.
