OK, so I saw how NONE of the legendaries are available (sucks), so I have a question pertaining to the only Pokemon close to legendary in the game. Where can I find a Beldum? I wanted to evolve it all the way, so I could have a really B/A Metagross. So where can I find Beldum...?

Beldum is located in the Byxbysion Wasteland... Won't tell you how to get it however. Let's just say you need access to route 1 to get it ;]

Don't forget to take a pokemon that knows some paralysis/sleep moves, the battle can be quite annoying.

beldum is the only pseudo legendary available at level 1.
