Before you start hardcore mode + go threw the vigor tester and the tutorial sell all the varment rifle ammo and the varment rifle and buy leather armor a unarmed weapon a melee weapon and bullets for your 9mm (you should also have a laser gun from doc's house). stand infront of the doc's house and save as this will be your base hardcore mode + account. Since when you go futher down the road it will ask your to redo your stats. you can always use this account if you fail and try a different strat each time. After you save all of these rules apply.

-hardcore mode must be on
-veryhard mode must be on
-cannot use a storage container to store goods
-you cannot use speech to bypass fights
-cannot use unique weapons (example chances knife)
-cannot buy food or water bottles
-you can only lower your sleep meter by sleeping and not by drinking nuka cola ect.
-you cannot fast travle
-you cannot use implants
-you can only repair weapons with weapon repair kits
-you cannot use power armor or heavy armor
-you cannot gamble at all
-you cannot use any xp bugs or caps bugs NO EXPLOITS
-auto save must be turned off at all times
-No reloads if you make a mistake
-If you die you must restart back to the base save at lvl 1
-you cannot buy ammo
-you can use the doctors to heal radiation and wounds
-you can use the campfire, workbench and reload bench
-You cannot use traits
-you cannot use Inteanse training
-you cannot use skill books ( example big book of science )
-you cannot use Education
-You cannot use the Here and now perk
-you cannot use V.A.T.S.
-magizines are allowed
-You cannot use traders to repair goods
-you cannot repair your armor
-you cannot loot, kill or steal from shops or shop owners ( this includes caravans )
-you may pickpocket and kill the caravan guard and anyone else
-you cannot buy medical supplies
-you cannot auto attempt lockpicking
-you must use all of your trys up when hacking computers
-All berets are banned
-Naughty nightwear is banned
-rebreather is banned outside of compleating the quest
-If a item breaks it must be discared
-You may only buy 3 items and sell 3 items per day
-You cannot use stimpacks
-The items restrictions reset every day at 12:00 am, If you fail to buy and sell items that day it does not accumulate your uses ( example I bought 2 items and sold 3 that day at 12:00 am I do not get to buy 4 items and sell 3 that day )
-Dlc starter items are banned (example caravan shotgun)
-You may only use the wait feture to check the time, you can only pass the time by sleeping.
-you cannot steal from NCR crops
-you cannot steal from Ceaser's leigion's tents
-you cannot use companions as storage
-Hud and crosshairs must be off
-True iron sites must be turned on
-music is off (radio is ok tho)
-You cannot use a safehouse or a place to drop store equipment

Your goal is to beat the game and slay all 3 legendary beast in any order (if you dont know where they are look it up on the fallout wikia).
