0 Fumble
Either 7th Street or Agate Circus. Pretty sure it's the former.
0 Ikuto
I cant find it. I've looked at the three move tutors i found and none of them have headbutt.
0 Etesian
I don't think any tutor in-game has Headbutt iirc.

0 Simon
Gah. I just remembered that Headbutt was removed as a move from them. I'll state the current Move Tutors once more. 7th Street Move Tutors: Gastro Acid, Iron Defense, Snore, Bind, Helping Hand, Skill Swap, Role Play, Spite, Worry Seed, Magic Coat, Trick, Block, Magnet Rise, Recycle. Agate Circus Move Tutors: Sky Attack, Uproar, Last Resort, Shockwave, Water Pulse, Bounce,Drill Run. Endeavor, Dual Chop, Iron Tail, Pain Split, Focus Punch, Icy Wind, Bug Bite. 0 Fumble
Huh. I must've been thinking about an older episode then. Well, if you'd like, here's a list of Pokemon that learn Headbutt via level up: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Headbutt_(move)#By_leveling_up
0 Reno
I was pretty sure in E14 the move tutor in 7th Street teaches Headbutt.Doesn't really matter though cause there's lots of other Pokemon that learn it from levelling up.Unless you're making a paraflinch set. In which case... NO!
0 Knight_Teutonic
Would be so nice if those tutors taught ACTUAL moves, instead of "worry seed" and "block". *sigh* One can only dream.. Maybe Ame will add better tutors later on in the game?
