time for event pokemon?

first, thank you for answering my previous post.

second, i want to ask : Is there a pokemon with time limit to get it?(event pokemon)

ex : if you clear jasper ward from the PULSE's plant(maybe its a root), you can't get emolga

so, must catch emolga before clearing that area.

Nope! But there are some Items that do have time limits. Like the Ability Capsule on the rock around the Peridot Factory that can't be reached once Julia blows it up.

The Cleffa/Igglypuff also has a time limit, although you can get them later as well through breeding.

But another Event comes to mind. The Whismur event in Peridot is only available beofre Julia. So most events don't have a time limit.

also, you can pick up a ducklett egg in the obsidia park pre-deforestation, but after that it's gone. duckletts are catchable in the wild by about mid-game, though.
