Reignited'Light
Hey. I don't really have anything better to do, so I'm going to make another Teambuild thread lol. As usual, request a mon or core, and I'll work with that. I'll end this thread when PRCL is officially over. I finally have some rules for this though. Please try to ask for a Pokemon or a Core with complete sets. It helps me work with what I got. OU teams only. I don't play any other tier, so my teambuilding will be less effective if it's not going to be a OU team. I'll use many pokemon in any tier, but I won't build for anything other than OU. No shitty gimmicks, please. There's a fine line between innovation and a bad set. I'll be the judge of that when I see your request. Do not request a common core such as Gallade+Bisharp or Gengar+Lopunny. Post away.
Guzam
Chesnaught @ Leftovers Ability: Bulletproof EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def Impish Nature - Drain Punch - Spiky Shield - Leech Seed - Spikes / Wood Hammer Bronzong @ Leftovers Ability: Levitate EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD Sassy Nature IVs: 0 Spe - Gyro Ball - Earthquake - Stealth Rock - Toxic / Protect / Hidden Power Rock / Ice Ampharos @ Ampharosite Ability: Static EVs: 248 HP / 28 SpA / 232 SpD Calm Nature - Volt Switch - Dragon Pulse - Rest - Sleep Talk So I guess this could be considered a UU core, but it is extremely defensive especially in OU because it hurts sand offense and most of the threats there and stops shadow ball users in their tracks. it resists a lot of types as well. Honestly I just want this rated for OU. I have tried it out with some success, but I feel it could be much better. Go nuts with this.
Vlado Vladimir
I don't know if it is THAT common (I built this team on my own), but I use a Scizor-Manetric Mega offensive core, and it works really well... The Voltturn works pretty cool and Scizor can do some Pursuit trapping. You can use standard banded scizor, but I use expert belt or the plate that boosts Steel types moves to bluff the Scarf. Uhm... defensive cores... you are asking for innovation, but you don't want "shitty gimmick", and you want it for the OU tier(?.... I mean, the best possible cores were obviously made already... I can think about... Sp. Def Jirachi+ Mandibuzz.(? Edited May 1, 2015 by Vlado Vladimir
Administrators Ikaru Posted May 1, 2015 Administrators Share Posted May 1, 2015 Let's try these two Altaria @ Altarianite Ability: Cloud Nine EVs: 248 HP / 136 Def / 96 SpD / 28 Spe Impish Nature - Dragon Dance - Roost - Return - Heal Bell Manaphy @ Lum BerryAbility: Hydration EVs: 96 HP / 252 SpA / 160 Spe Timid Nature - Tail Glow - Scald - Ice Beam - Energy Ball / Hidden Power Fire / Psychic definitely ripped the sets from smogon so you can do whatever you want to them Promise I'll use it at least once <
Reignited'Light
Closing this thread once I get 2 more people. It maintains order. Every five requests, I'll close the topic. Can you include some sets, please? When I say shitty gimmick, I mean something completely outrageous like this Gyarados set right here. Gyarados @ Choice Specs Ability: Intimidate EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD Modest Nature - Hydro Pump - Fire Blast - Thunderbolt - Ice Beam It lures in its usual counters like Ferrothorn, Skarmory, and various other physical walls. That's cool and all, but it's unreliable. Why run a Choice Specs Gyarados, when you can run something like... Life Orb Competitive Milotic, or even a Choice Specs Keldeo? Also, you don't have to ask for just OU pokemon. I can take a NU/RU/UU mon, and make it in a OU team. I just won't be building for a NU/RU/UU tier, as I have little knowledge about them. Of course no one is going to run a Gyarados set like this, but it's an example. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I'll still look at any sets everyone posts... I just might or might not make a team for it.
Chase
Hmm. Magnezone @ Choice Scarf Ability: Magnet Pull Tentative EVs: 252 spatk / 252 speed / 4 hp Modest Nature - Volt Switch - Hidden Power Fire - Flash Cannon - Thunderbolt Dragonite @ Weakness Policy Ability: Multiscale Tentative EVs: 252 attk / 252 speed / 4 sped (hp) Jolly Nature - Extremespeed - Dragon Dance - Earthquake - Dragon Claw I know that DragMag may be boring conceptually, but I want you to -also- take -my- general playstyle into account. Also, not too many people remember the weakness policy even exists. Help me Autumn!
Hymdall
Let's go with a Mega Sceptile/Rotom-W core, shall we? Nice and checking weaknesses and switch ins. Sceptile @ SceptiliteAbility: OvergrowEVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 SpeTimid Nature- Dragon Pulse- Giga Drain- Focus Blast- Substitute Rotom-Wash @ LeftoversAbility: LevitateEVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpDBold Nature- Volt Switch- Hydro Pump- Will-O-Wisp- Pain Split If it helps, I generally prefer Balanced Offense for playstyle, hence my penchant for abusing Mega Lopunny normally, but wanting to build a Mega Sceptile team at some point. Hypa
well i was going to ask for a mega houndoom set but with houndoom mega's extremely high special attack stat im suprised he is only RU anyways Gyarados @ GyaradositeAbility: Moxie (Mold Breaker)IVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 SpdNature: Adamant- Dragon Dance- Waterfall- Earthquake- Stone Edge so yeah build around that if you can it will be interesting enough went for coverage on the gyara tho if victini's ability actually works in showdown it might be interesting to play around with a movesets that are more liable to miss :0 Edited May 1, 2015 by Hypa

Autumn also said that she'd try to make the Pokemon viable in OU in a team, just not building any RU/NU/UU/ect teams.
Kamina
I have always wanted to make a competitive team with zoroark. I think that it is a neat pokemon since the opponent has to keep guessing if the pokemon on the field is the actual one or a zoroark in disguise *-*. Sadly (and surprisingly), they were all shit. Zoroark @ Expert Belt/Black glassess Ability: Illusion EVs: 196 Atk / 96 SpA / 216 Spe Naive Nature - Sucker Punch - Knock Off - Low Kick - Flamethrower I thought of this set because if it doesn't take life orb damage then it can be used as a disguise multiple times. Idk which item is better though. I was thinking black glasses since it has two dark moves but it also has decent coverage so expert belt could also be good. Choose whatever you think is best. Thanks! AuthorReborn
I've been thinking about using a Hawlucha for a while, but I am no where near as good of a team builder as you are so I would be quite grateful if you could assist me in my endeavor. Here's the set I'm trying to make work: Hawlucha @ Focus Sash Ability: Unburden EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Adamant Nature - Hone Claws - Acrobatics - High Jump Kick - Stone Edge The basic idea I'm working off of is to set up Hone Claws until my opponent decides to work me down to my sash. From there, HJK and Stone Edge should hit 100% of the time and thus allow for the destruction of most anything with the excellent coverage between SE, HJK, and a now boosted Acrobatics. Etesian
Here's one I've been thinking about for a while: Porygon-Z @ Choice Scarf Ability: Adaptability/Download EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe Modest Nature - Tri Attack - Dark Pulse - Discharge - Ice Beam Banette @ Banettite Ability: Insomnia EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD Adamant Nature - Shadow Sneak - Thunder Wave/Will-o-Wisp - Shadow Claw/Knock Off - Destiny Bond Feel free to change anything you see fit, I'm happy as long as PZ stays Scarf and Banette keeps DB and at least one status. Like always, the more offensive the team is, the happier I'll be.
Follow
Empoleon + Landorus-T Empoleon @ Leftovers Ability: Torrent EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD Sassy Nature - Scald - Defog - Knock Off - Roar Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers Ability: Intimidate EVs: 184 HP / 216 Def / 108 Spe Impish Nature - Earthquake - Stealth Rock - U-turn - Stone Edge Landorus is extremely weak to ice and water, empoleon resists both. Empoleon is weak to fighting, electric and ground, and landorus-t has two immunities and one resistance out of those three. The core is quite weak to keldeo, but... the teammates are there to help right? Thanks. P.S. A balanced team will be the best place to put this core, because in an offensive team it will stop the offensive action everytime one of its members come to the field. Reignited'Light
I'll post the teams later tonight, since school takes up 1/3 of the day. I'll also group all the teams instead of doing five per post.
NickCrash
What about a duo with Togekiss and Excadrill? The sets I'm going to post are not the best, since I do not use those two mons frequently, and I might have used the EV spread of one set with the moveset of another. Togekiss @ Leftovers Ability: Serene Grace EVs: 188 HP / 232 SpA / 88 SpD Calm Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Thunder Wave - Air Slash - Roost - Dazzling Gleam Excadrill @ Life Orb Ability: Mold Breaker EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe Jolly Nature - Swords Dance - Earthquake - Iron Head - Rock Slide I believe those two work well together, both offensively and defensively. In defense, Togekiss takes the ground and fighting attacks aimed at Excadrill quite well, and Excadrill is immune to electric and poison, while resisting ice, rock and steel. The only types we're problematic here are Fire and Ice. I'm guessing tossing a guy with Thick Fat solves the problem there (easy solution: M-Venusaur), but of course the team has 4 more members that can deal with things. Offensively, Togekiss can slow down things for Exca to setup on or just kill. It can also take problematic figures like Keldeo or the Lati bros. Excadrill deals with the fairies, electric types that rely on Focus Miss to kill it, and others.

Reignited'Light
Aight. Here are the teams. Teams goes in order by who asked first.Vlado Vladimir, I didn't make your team since I didn't have much info about it. I also seemed to confuse you when I said 'OU Only'. My word choice was very bad, and I apologize for that. Hopefully with the misunderstanding gone, you can pick a different core or whatever you want. Set up your hazards with Chesnaught and Bronzong, use Ampharos and Togekiss to pivot into pokemon and grab some momentum, and use Keldeo to sweep. Tyranitar gets rid of annoying Psychic pokemon like Latios, Reuniclus, and birds. Chesnaught @ Leftovers Ability: Bulletproof EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def Impish Nature - Drain Punch - Spiky Shield - Leech Seed - Spikes Bronzong @ Leftovers Ability: Levitate EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD Sassy Nature IVs: 30 Atk / 30 Def / NaN Spe - Gyro Ball - Earthquake - Stealth Rock - Hidden Power [ice] Ampharos @ Ampharosite Ability: Static EVs: 248 HP / 28 SpA / 232 SpD Calm Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Volt Switch - Dragon Pulse - Rest - Sleep Talk Keldeo-Resolute @ Leftovers Ability: Justified EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Calm Mind - Scald - Secret Sword - Icy Wind Tyranitar @ Choice Band Ability: Sand Stream EVs: 168 HP / 252 Atk / 88 Spe Adamant Nature - Pursuit - Crunch - Stone Edge - Superpower Togekiss @ Leftovers Ability: Serene Grace EVs: 232 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD / 16 Spe IVs: 0 Atk - Baton Pass - Air Slash - Roost - Defog I have a similar teambuild with Altaria and Manaphy as well! The team is decorated on my profile, so feel free to check it out as well haha. Anyway... Mega Altaria and Manaphy help each other break walls and sweep some teams. Garchomp and Skarmory are amazing walls that set up hazards. Alakazam and Diggersby take advantage of the Hazards and clean up teams with Altaria and Manaphy. This is kinda like having four win conditions in a way, as one of them are surely going to break something for each other... Nevermind. Just have fun! Altaria @ Altarianite Ability: Cloud Nine EVs: 240 HP / 136 Def / 104 SpD / 28 Spe Impish Nature - Dragon Dance - Roost - Return - Heal Bell Manaphy @ Lum Berry Ability: Hydration EVs: 96 HP / 252 SpA / 160 Spe Timid Nature - Tail Glow - Scald - Ice Beam - Hidden Power [Fire] Garchomp @ Rocky Helmet Ability: Rough Skin EVs: 248 HP / 168 Def / 92 Spe Impish Nature - Stealth Rock - Dragon Tail - Earthquake - Endure Skarmory @ Leftovers Ability: Sturdy EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD Careful Nature - Spikes - Roost - Whirlwind - Iron Head Alakazam @ Life Orb Ability: Magic Guard EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Psychic - Shadow Ball - Focus Blast - Hidden Power [ice] Diggersby @ Life Orb Ability: Huge Power Happiness: 0 EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe Jolly Nature - Swords Dance - Frustration - Earthquake - Quick Attack Simple. Lead with Garchomp and set up rocks. Proceed to destroy the opponent with powerful attacks with the rest of the team. Garchomp also can beat Mega Sableye as well if it has its Lum Berry. Anyway, get rid of Fairys with Magnezone and Scizor, spin away hazards with Starmie, proceed to crush souls with Dragonite or Kyurem-Black. Good day. Magnezone @ Choice Scarf Ability: Magnet Pull EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Volt Switch - Hidden Power [Fire] - Flash Cannon - Thunderbolt Dragonite @ Weakness Policy Ability: Multiscale EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe Adamant Nature - Extremespeed - Dragon Dance - Earthquake - Dragon Claw Starmie @ Life Orb Ability: Analytic EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe - Hydro Pump - Hidden Power [Fire] - Psyshock - Rapid Spin Scizor @ Scizorite Ability: Light Metal EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe Adamant Nature - Swords Dance - Bug Bite - Bullet Punch - Superpower Garchomp @ Lum Berry Ability: Rough Skin EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe Jolly Nature - Stealth Rock - Swords Dance - Outrage - Earthquake Kyurem-Black @ Choice Scarf Ability: Teravolt EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe Naughty Nature - Outrage - Ice Beam - Fusion Bolt - Dragon Claw Mega Sceptile is pretty underrated. It counters standard Rotom-Wash, checks all of the bulky water types, and its speed is pretty insane. Bird spam beats Mega Sceptile, so I paired it with some mons that take Bird spam and form a good team to beat stall, as Mega Sceptile can't do it alone. Sceptile @ Sceptilite Ability: Overgrow EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Dragon Pulse - Giga Drain - Focus Blast - Substitute Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers Ability: Levitate EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe Bold Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Volt Switch - Hydro Pump - Will-O-Wisp - Pain Split Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers Ability: Intimidate EVs: 240 HP / 180 Def / 88 Spe Impish Nature - Stealth Rock - U-turn - Earthquake - Stone Edge Heatran @ Leftovers Ability: Flash Fire EVs: 224 HP / 32 SpA / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Magma Storm - Earth Power - Toxic - Taunt Bisharp @ Lum Berry Ability: Defiant EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Adamant Nature - Swords Dance - Knock Off - Sucker Punch - Iron Head Latios (M) @ Life Orb Ability: Levitate EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 29 HP / 0 Atk - Draco Meteor - Psyshock - Roost - Defog I don't see the point of Stone Edge, other than to hit Flying types for super effective damage, but a +1 Waterfall should clean up most of the relevant flying types anyway. I gave it Crunch instead. You're free to keep Stone Edge, but I prefer Crunch. I paired Gyarados with a bunch of pokemon that take advantage of hazards and puts pressure on stall. Very solid team. Gyarados @ Gyaradosite Ability: Intimidate EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe Adamant Nature - Dragon Dance - Waterfall - Earthquake - Stone Edge Serperior @ Miracle Seed Ability: Contrary EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe - Leaf Storm - Giga Drain - Taunt - Hidden Power [Fire] Excadrill @ Leftovers Ability: Mold Breaker EVs: 232 HP / 244 SpD / 32 Spe Careful Nature - Stealth Rock - Earthquake - Rapid Spin - Iron Head Froslass (F) @ Focus Sash Ability: Cursed Body EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Ice Beam - Spikes - Taunt - Destiny Bond Tornadus-Therian (M) @ Assault Vest Ability: Regenerator EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Hurricane - U-turn - Knock Off - Heat Wave Victini @ Choice Band Ability: Victory Star EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Adamant Nature - V-create - U-turn - Bolt Strike - Trick Zoroark is pretty gimmicky, tbh. It's still a fun mon to build around though, as it can check a lot of stuff like annoying psychic pokemon. Playing mind games is cool as well. I don't know how Illusion works, so move the pokemon in the teambuilder before you go into battle. Zoroark @ Life Orb Ability: Illusion EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe Naive Nature - Sucker Punch - Knock Off - Low Kick - Flamethrower Keldeo-Resolute @ Choice Specs Ability: Justified EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Hydro Pump - Scald - Secret Sword - Icy Wind Altaria @ Altarianite Ability: Natural Cure Happiness: 0 EVs: 248 HP / 164 Def / 96 Spe Impish Nature - Dragon Dance - Frustration - Roost - Heal Bell Latios (M) @ Life Orb Ability: Levitate EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe IVs: 29 HP / 0 Atk - Draco Meteor - Psyshock - Defog - Roost Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers Ability: Intimidate EVs: 232 HP / 188 Def / 88 Spe Impish Nature - Stealth Rock - Earthquake - Stone Edge - U-turn Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers Ability: Levitate EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe Bold Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Volt Switch - Hydro Pump - Will-O-Wisp - Pain Split I don't know how well this Hawlucha set will be, but I paired Hawlucha with some pivots like Landorus-Therian and Manectric so Hawlucha has a easier time to come in. Gothitelle works wonders with Volt Turn. Latios and Chesnaught are there to have support from hazards and create hazards respectively. Hawlucha @ Focus Sash Ability: Unburden EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe Lonely Nature IVs: 0 HP / 0 Def / 0 SpD - Hone Claws - Acrobatics - High Jump Kick - Stone Edge Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers Ability: Intimidate EVs: 232 HP / 188 Def / 88 Spe Impish Nature - Stealth Rock - Earthquake - Stone Edge - U-turn Manectric @ Manectite Ability: Lightning Rod EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def - Thunderbolt - Volt Switch - Overheat - Hidden Power [ice] Gothitelle @ Choice Specs Ability: Shadow Tag EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Modest Nature - Psychic - Hidden Power [Fire] - Energy Ball - Trick Latios (M) @ Life Orb Ability: Levitate EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 29 HP / 0 Atk - Draco Meteor - Psyshock - Roost - Defog Chesnaught @ Leftovers Ability: Bulletproof EVs: 192 HP / 252 Def / 64 Spe Impish Nature - Spikes - Leech Seed - Spiky Shield - Drain Punch Ok so pretty good offensive team if I say so myself. Porygon-Z revenge kills a lot of things with a Timid nature, like Choice Scarf Landorus-Therian (actually, it's a speed tie if Scarf Landorus is running Jolly +252 Max speed, but no one runs that EV spread). Standard Chomp+Skarm hazard stacking core, and alakazam and Keldeo like the hazards that are set up. Banette is cool as well. Porygon-Z @ Choice Scarf Ability: Download EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Tri Attack - Dark Pulse - Thunderbolt - Ice Beam Banette @ Banettite Ability: Insomnia EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD Adamant Nature - Shadow Sneak - Will-O-Wisp - Knock Off - Destiny Bond Skarmory @ Leftovers Ability: Sturdy EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD Careful Nature - Spikes - Iron Head - Roost - Whirlwind Garchomp @ Rocky Helmet Ability: Rough Skin EVs: 248 HP / 168 Def / 92 Spe Impish Nature - Stealth Rock - Dragon Tail - Earthquake - Fire Blast Alakazam @ Life Orb Ability: Magic Guard EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def - Psychic - Shadow Ball - Focus Blast - Hidden Power [ice] Keldeo-Resolute @ Leftovers Ability: Justified EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Calm Mind - Substitute - Scald - Secret Sword Empoleon is the hazard control person. I gave Landorus-Therian a choice Scarf set with Knock Off, so it's a solid revenge killer. Empoleon has Stealth Rock now. I think that would be a better change for this team. If you don't like it, you can simply use your sets instead of the one I gave you. Either one works. The rest of the team is just what I thought would fit, like Skarmory takes Mega Diancie a bit better than everyone else, and Gardevoir, Raikou, and Latios check Keldeo. Nice squad. Empoleon @ Leftovers Ability: Torrent EVs: 216 HP / 40 Def / 252 SpD Sassy Nature - Scald - Defog - Stealth Rock - Roar Landorus-Therian (M) @ Choice Scarf Ability: Intimidate EVs: 24 HP / 252 Atk / 232 Spe Jolly Nature - Earthquake - Knock Off - U-turn - Stone Edge Latios (M) @ Life Orb Ability: Levitate EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 29 HP / 0 Atk - Draco Meteor - Psyshock - Calm Mind - Roost Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite Ability: Trace EVs: 24 Def / 232 SpA / 252 Spe Modest Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Hyper Voice - Psyshock - Focus Blast - Taunt Raikou @ Choice Specs Ability: Pressure EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def - Thunderbolt - Volt Switch - Hidden Power [ice] - Shadow Ball Skarmory @ Leftovers Ability: Sturdy EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD Impish Nature - Spikes - Roost - Iron Head - Whirlwind Alright, this was one of my favorite teams to build. I like Swords Dance Excadrill and CM Latios put together, because they break stall really easily. Togekiss and Tentacruel help out by spreading status with T-wave/scald burns/toxic spikes which is really great, and Scizor cleans up. It is also key for it to be alive to counter Mega Metagross and most Mega Diancie if it doesn't use HP Fire. This team is going to kill people. Togekiss @ Leftovers Ability: Serene Grace EVs: 176 HP / 232 SpA / 84 SpD / 16 Spe Calm Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Thunder Wave - Air Slash - Roost - Dazzling Gleam Excadrill @ Life Orb Ability: Sand Rush EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe Jolly Nature - Swords Dance - Earthquake - Iron Head - Rock Slide Tyranitar @ Smooth Rock Ability: Sand Stream EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD Sassy Nature - Stealth Rock - Pursuit - Stone Edge - Ice Beam Latios (M) @ Life Orb Ability: Levitate EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 29 HP / 0 Atk - Draco Meteor - Psyshock - Roost - Calm Mind Tentacruel @ Black Sludge Ability: Liquid Ooze EVs: 232 HP / 216 SpD / 60 Spe Calm Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Rapid Spin - Scald - Acid Spray - Toxic Spikes Scizor @ Scizorite Ability: Light Metal EVs: 248 HP / 44 Atk / 16 Def / 200 SpD Impish Nature - Swords Dance - Roost - Bullet Punch - Bug Bite Main idea. Try and get Mew to Baton Pass a Nasty Plot to Mega Ampharos. After that, you use Agility on Ampharos and use powerful attacks with Mold Breaker. Nothing can really stop you unless fat shit like Chansey comes along, but It won't like tanking Focus Blasts. Anyway, Skarmory and Hippowdon set up hazards and use whirlwind to get some damage. Choice Scarf Keldeo and Quiver Dance Volcarona NVM NO RAPID SPIN OR DEFOG SUPPORT ROFL Assault Vest Tornadus-Therian are Baton Pass recipients. If you don't like Baton Pass Mew, that's cool. You can use a stallbreaker set like this first spoiler, but I don't think it would be effective as a Baton Pass Mew. Mew @ Leftovers Ability: Synchronize EVs: 248 HP / 148 SpD / 112 Spe Careful Nature - Taunt - Soft-Boiled - Will-O-Wisp - Knock Off Team. Vlado Vladimir
I think that you just can't use Volcarona without Rapid Spin or Defog support.,. and also is a must be on that weird Hawlucha team, since you don't get the Unburden and Acrobatic boost if the Sash gets broken... And Zoroark works like this (I think):You send it (either as lead or in late game) and it takes the appearance of the last non fainted pokemon in your party: But, when you have a Zoroark/Zorua in your team, Showdown asks you to choose and order every single slot in your party... so you don't need to move anything. :'] I don't see the point of having stone edge on Gyarados either.... but ironically, that team gets sooo Talonflamed :s Edited May 2, 2015 by Vlado Vladimir
Reignited'Light
I literally just made that change like a minute before you posted.I had Defog support for the Hawlucha team in the form of Latios.

Xiri
Am I still allowed to make a query about my team? Clefable @ Leftovers Ability: Unaware EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD Bold Nature - Calm Mind - Moonblast - Moonlight - Heal Bell Weavile @ Focus Sash Ability: Pressure EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD Jolly Nature - Icicle Spear - Ice Shard - Knock Off - Fake Out Feel free to change these two's sets - but I would like Clefable to keep Unaware instead of Magic Guard (it's proven to be so useful!). It would be nice if there were at least 2 tanks in the team and the rest primarily offensive.
Hypa
um yeah exactly on the talon flame ... so yeah the i enjoy the extra coverage provided by the hard hitting stone edge, any advice for the battle tactics for this team because a few of the poke's i wouldn't normally use, should be an interesting change to style

Reignited'Light
Alright I got the two teams done. um yeah exactly on the talon flame ... so yeah the i enjoy the extra coverage provided by the hard hitting stone edge, any advice for the battle tactics for this team because a few of the poke's i wouldn't normally use, should be an interesting change to style Waterfall OHKOs Talonflame anyway? So yeah... Also, try to apply offensive pressure with Serperior/Victini/Tornadus-Therian. Don't let the opponent get rid of the hazards away, as they are crucial to achieve some OHKOs or 2HKOs, maybe even break a Focus Sash user. Sweep with Gyarados when all checks and counters have been removed. Gyarados doesn't have to always sweep, but Dragon Dance users tend to break a lot of teams. This team might be somewhat weak to Mega Gardevoir, but if you have Stealth Rock up and make sure you play aggressively, you should be ok. Poison Jab on Weavile can work to beat Fairys if you want to replace Fake Out. Team covers each other well. Charizard Y helps Clefable get more recovery with Moonlight. Clefable @ Leftovers Ability: Unaware EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD Bold Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Calm Mind - Moonblast - Moonlight - Heal Bell Weavile @ Focus Sash Ability: Pressure EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Jolly Nature - Icicle Crash - Ice Shard - Knock Off - Fake Out Latias (F) @ Life Orb Ability: Levitate EVs: 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Draco Meteor - Psyshock - Healing Wish - Defog Charizard-Mega-Y @ Charizardite Y Ability: Drought EVs: 16 HP / 252 SpA / 240 Spe Modest Nature - Flamethrower - Solar Beam - Focus Blast - Roost Terrakion @ Focus Sash Ability: Justified EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Jolly Nature - Close Combat - Stone Edge - Taunt - Stealth Rock Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers Ability: Levitate EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe Bold Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Hydro Pump - Volt Switch - Will-O-Wisp - Pain Split Nice solid offensive sand team. It's pretty much your power core of Tyranitar+Excadrill with a bunch of pokemon that can beat counters to Excadrill and Tyranitar. I added Manaphy and Serperior because both are good set up sweepers who can overwhelm opponents with their high special attack with a boost, of course. Clefable sets up rocks and OHKOs annoying Landorus-I with Ice Beam, that can shit on this team otherwise lol.
