Data567
I currently have to beat Charlotte and I was wondering where the best grinding spot would be at this point in the game. I can't go back to route 1 because the cops won't let me through, and the pokemon in the cave before Calcenon city are mostly Rock/Ground types, which is a problem for a few of my pokemon. My pokemon are all early to late 60's levelwise, if anyone can help me out that'd be great.
Vlado Vladimir
The part where you can find Gligar... I think you can fight some Zebstikas and other stuff... just outside the caves.
Reno
The Ruby/Amethyst,etc Caves are great if you can deal with Rock/Ground. You can fight Crustle's down the mountain again, but then again they're Rock type. There's some Ice Pokemon in the mountains but they don't give much exp. If you're feeling ballsy, you can go Wailord hunting underwater. I suggest slapping an EXP Share and training in the Caves.

JapaneseWallpaper
if you want HP/Defense, i suggest the caves on route 3, for special attack, i suggest ametrine or citrine mountain waters, 60% chance for 2 special attack EVs
Vlado Vladimir
I don't think we was asking for EV training spots... at that point, most of his party should've reached the EV limits already...

You don't really need to be EV-invested to be honest. My Metagross was the only one fully EV-trained at that point and he barely did anything against Charlotte. All you need are suitable Pokemon, a strategy and some luck.
Masquerain
*sigh* Well that sucks. you need to buy all the pokemon on 7th street for it. Prepare your shards!
