TheBroShow
I don't know if this has been mentioned before but on the water surface field what do you guys think of the Air Balloon making a pokemon being immune to some of the effects? For example an air balloon would make a grounded pokemon not slowed by the water and electric attacks will not have the 1.5 multiplier. Helia
Isn't that already the case? Balloons should have have that effect that the holder isn't affected by stuff happening on the ground. Are you trying to tell me that holding a Balloon underwater doesn't turn the field to water surface field?
TheBroShow
I was looking at the field description and it didn't say anything about it, but it does make you levitate so it would alleviate many of the effects.
BreezyPonie
It says that only grounded Pokemon are affected by those things.
