Ironbound
I'm a moderately light sleeper. I'm no insomniac, but I usually keep waking up a few times if not in a relatively quiet and unchanging atmosphere.
ShadowStar
Do you like to plan things out in detail or be spontaneous? - [1/16/2016] I like to have some plan but I feel that I can never 100% plan some things in real life.
Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch Posted January 16, 2016 Global Mods Share Posted January 16, 2016 I prefer to prepare for many different scenarios and have a plan (and backup plan) for each one. That isn't always possible, though. Usually my first attempt at something doesn't have much planning or thought.
Cool Girl
I always plan things in detail. But, there are some things that I plan spontaneously.
mde2001
Once again, it depends on the situation. Generally I'm more of a planner but sometimes it is better to be spontaneous.
Vinny
I plan all the time to realize that my plans don't work :^) But really, most of the time I will plan out things instead of trying to be spontaneous.
TimTim
QoTD 1/16 Mostly spontaneous, even though i do like planning things ahead.
sound of silence
1/16/16 I HATE planning things. I have a bad habit of over-thinking everything, or getting time estimates wrong, and it just frustrates me badly. The most I'll plan is to do a certain task on a certain day, but nothing more concrete beyond that.
Ironbound
I cannot not plan; it's part of my nature. Even things that I do that are seemingly spontaneous have a lot of analysis and forethought behind them, and this usually serves me well. I avoid impulsive decisions. TRHStatement
Do you like to plan things out in detail or be spontaneous? - [1/16/2016] I tend to plan everything. In certain situations, you really can't plan much but I try to stick to a schedule as much as possible.
mde2001
What’s the first thing you notice about people? - [1/16/2016] Their souls It kind of changes. Honestly it might be hair. I notice people with stupid hair quite a lot. Then again, I probably don't get to call it stupid given my logic is do as little with it as possible. They probably just put more effort into it than me.
SkyRunner
Their voices. I daydream a lot, so I don't notice people unless they call out to me. I associate sounds with colours, so I also sometimes find people's voices pretty.
Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch Posted January 17, 2016 Global Mods Share Posted January 17, 2016 idk. I don't notice what I notice about people.
Vinny
I notice if they're alive. That's kinda important. I notice people's eyes to see if they are noticing something on me.
Deleted User
Depends on the gender. I won't lie. If it's a girl, two things, her hair and her legs. Guys? Their arms, does it look like they'd be able to kick my ass if push come to shove. My brain works in fairly primal way.
TimTim
QoTD 1/16 or 17 first thing to notice about people That would be their eyes, 'cause eyes are beautiful and that 'eyes are the windows to the soul'
Ironbound
First the eyes and next the voice. Those tend to tell the observer a lot about the nature of the person they are interacting with.
Vinny
If you were going to write a book, what would you call it and what would it be about? - [1/18/2016] Title: How to not be an Idiot. What it would be about: An autobiography.
Ironbound
Well, I've already authored a book, a biography detailing the life of my grandfather (who was a very learned and great man) and the history of his family, so for now, if I were to write another, it'd likely be something similar...though I've yet to find another illustrious life. Kuma
QoTD 01/16 I start the day with a schedule in my head, "I'll do this, then I'll do this, and then this..." that's how I wake up QoTD 01/17 idk. Cobalt996
QotD 16/01 What's a schedule? In all seriousness, only work and school get a schedule. Everything else is whatever. QotD 17/01 I notice their nose/eyes, and their legs/feet. QotD 18/01 Title: Why Writing is Hard: A Critical Analysis of Writer's Block and Associated Topics I'm not sure what I'd put in it, though, since I kinda have issues writing... Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch Posted January 19, 2016 Global Mods Share Posted January 19, 2016 Well, I've already written a few short stories. If I wrote an entire book it would probably be called "Things I Thought of and Wrote Down" and would be a bunch of nonsense scenarios (or one massive nonsense scenario) like some of the threads I've made in the wasteland. SkyRunner
QotD 16/01 I either plan every single detail of my day, or keep a very loose schedule other than school hours. I generally opt for the latter, as planning things in detail stresses me out. My brand of spontaneity is kind of erratic though. Sometimes I sleep for upwards of twelve hours a day, and other times I can forget to sleep.
mde2001
If you were going to write a book, what would you call it and what would it be about? - [1/18/2016] This is hard. I'm a kind of depressing person when I write so it'd probably be something about a struggle with mental illness. I don't know what it would be called. Maelstrom
If you were going to write a book, what would you call it and what would it be about? - [1/18/2016] Probably go through and flesh out my middle school story about a group of people paying to use a time machine to go back and do certain adventurous things. Like slay a dragon. And Merlin is there where the party emerges to say that he summoned you to slay the dragon plaguing the kingdom. With that damned knowing twinkle in his eye. My idea, do not steal. Never figured out what to call it. Never had to put a title on it actually. xD
