The only thing we are kinda sorta struggling with is music (to the point that we will probably have a placeholder soundtrack for Ep 1), everything else is done and set in stone, and has been so for quite some time... Still, the Se7en team wants to wish you all a happy Halloween; whether you're spending it at home, with friends, raising the dead... what matters is to have fun, and eat lots of candy. And have some scary experience to later share. And well, since 666th post is a special milestone and whatnot, have this drawing featuring some kids going trick or treating: They're disguissed as Pokémon! I need to be serious with you for a moment here: Now that we have officially November... the anticipated release for october has now past, but we all could see it happen, although Beta will come 'soon'. and it's that 'soon' that I want to adress here PLEASE!! FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT YOU MIGHT BELIEVE IN!! PLEASE... either release the Beta THIS week... or take a bit more time and do it in TWO or three weeks! or just make it early december... why do I ask this from you... well after next week the 10th of November will happen... and because of this particular day... there is just NO TIME to play the beta, because two big games hit their release on this day, namely: - FALLOUT (fluffin') 4 - StarCraft II: Legacy of the void the week from monday, 9th Nov. - sunday, 15th Nov. would be just INHUMAN for that beta to release... although I'd probably only play SCII:LotV that week, because my PC will not be able to handle Fallout 4 (I will however get my dose of it via twitch-streams...) and since I'm a HUGE StarCraft lore nerd - there is just no way I will make room for anything other before I finish that campaign sooo please... heed my call... don't be so cruel... to make it clear: I'm very excited about se7en... but there are these huge things you might want consider in your release schedule I'm not asking this solely for myself, although it might sound like it, but for everyone here who is eager to play se7en and FO4/SC2:LotV... Cepheus Posted November 1, 2015 Share Posted November 1, 2015 You do realize you do not have to play a game in its release day, right? yes... yes I do - for games I'm all hayped up about at least (yes this time it is about me) for one simple reason: - spoilers I can't stand spoilers... no one likes spoilers - and spoiler WILL happen... they ALWAYS happen (that's why I quit watching The walking dead, because everything get's spoiled on the net the second it releases...) and because I want to play Legacy of the Void on release day (hell I'm even getting the collectors edition, to complete the CE-Trio on my shelf), so I don't get spoiled... now if se7en Beta releases in that time, and if I'm lucky enough to participate in it... I just wouldn't be able to go into here again... because someone else who is participating, might post some stuff here that I haven't experienced yet, because I haven't played it yet - and the whole thing gets spoiled (Reborn has a few weeks of spoiler-embargo because spoilers ruin this kind experience) and se7en's greatest cause is to re-create that feeling when we all started our first adventure... not knowing anything (very little) about the Pokemon we will encounter and what awaits us... this is my perspective - but my goal with this should be clear - spoiler free experience of se7en, for everyone (I guess I'm not the only one here who is excited about at least one of these two games here) who have other games to play during that particular week. also - if I'm lucky enough to get a beta access... Well I did not make any octopus (that I know of at least), but I did make a scylla-like mon that has mouths for hands, in a similar fashion to Hydreigon, so is that acceptable? It is also a hula dancer, you can, like, put one in your car and it will dance. Is kinda cute ANYWAYS, going on-topic again, I'll let Tomas handle the Ceph proposal/situation.
