diana
The biggest competition of the year so far. The top teams (and bekistas) are ready to show the world who reigns supreme. This obviously has big implications for Worlds. Basically just made this separate because it's a rather large tournament and it MIGHT overrun the "general" part of the general discussion thread, which has been apparently a very big deal recently. And go! First match kicks off with TSM v Fnatic at 4:00 EST.

Shamitako
TFW I'm probably not gonna watch more than one match because I like literally zero of the teams owo
Tacos
Sheepy is on the desk <3 Additionally, all these top lane bans coming from Fnatic and TSM. This is gonna be interesting. I don't think Dyrus is gonna be able to keep up with his three best champs being banned.
diana
what the fuck just happened what the fuck, TSM.
Shanco
Fnatic shut down Dyrus pretty much at picks/bans (TSM's own bans didn't help either, but did they have a choice?), then were able to exploit the weaknesses of a Cho'Gath pick (melee, no mobility, skillshot-reliant, etc) to shut down Bjergsen. The Urgot/Nautilus is able to exploit Sivir's issues as well, particularly the low range, and that not only gave Urgot a practically free reign over bot, but allowed Yellowstar to roam which was very key to many parts of Fnatic's victory. Fnatic had been reading TSM like a book, and TSM clued in far too late. Also on a side note, SKT's Faker has been practicing Noc Willis a lot in solo queue recently. He might pull it out vs Besiktas if he gets play...
diana
it was a rhetorical question still just... shocked, more than anything.
Shanco
Faker just got First Blooded on his birthday by Dumbledoge, the support for Besiktas. Besiktas has won. They can go home. They've done all they need to do here.
