Just realized I had two characters that have the potential to Mega Evolve. Honestly, I don't wanna touch that with a ten foot/meter stick. I just like having my characters to develop who they are and not let Mega Evo dominate who they turn out. The subplot I have for my Latias works out where she obtains a Mega Stone, but again I want nothing to do with Mega Stones for right now.

Also, I will try limit Rader's mega since he just discovered it. Suggestion: The mega evo viable commanders are only allow to use their base mega evo but later on, they can change some things like the typing or powers gain (only minor gains)

are you possibly suggesting a more advanced mega evolution being a thing?

Well, what I am trying to get at is as the commanders gets more experienced with their megas, they can distort it to help them more to their battle style. But the hosts has agreed to the fake megas and will limit it to the rulers (and possibly, the leaders?)

anyways, moving on from that: I got a third character to sign up to round out the character arcs I have planned...

Name: Brantyn Von Richi, "Colossus of Death"

Age: 73

Gender: Male

Rank: Wanderer

Kingdom: ??? (will likely somehow join Underdark eventually though... if he lives long enough)

Pokemon: Rhyperior, Shiny

Bio: An old man who, as a young and rash warrior raised out of a life of poverty thanks to his skill, swore his allegiance to the first rulers of the Land Kingdom back when the war first started five decades ago. Over the years he proved to be a devastating force on the battlefield, showing no mercy whatsoever against his foes and carrying out any order, all in the name of helping further his Ruler's mission. His brutality and ruthless nature, coupled with the fact that he had a fondness of smiting foes with nothing but raw physical force, easily earned him the name of "Colossus of Death" from his commanding officers.

Brantyn eventually rose through the ranks, reaching the rank of captain of the Kingdom's forces and going on to claim victory in many battles with his own squadron of the best warriors, "The Colossus Corps". When the dictator Thaal rose to power, he made no move to stop the druddigon, citing that his loyalty was to his nation itself regardless of who led it.

One faithful day not long afterwards however, he was dispatched on a particular expansion mission into a distant territory thought to have been unoccupied. The Colossus Corps left at dawn with himself at the head of the column, reciting an old war tune as they headed off through the forest...

And neither he nor a single one of his elite fighters was ever heard from again. There are a dozen theories as to what happened to the small army now known post-mortum as "The Ghosts of the Colossus", some think Brantyn got lost in the frozen reaches of the mountains after diverting from his course in an attempt to launch a surprise attack on the sky kingdom. Some think his men somehow went made and Brantyn was slain in a mutiny and his army scattered to the wind. Some think that the dictator Thaal purposefully sent the captain on a suicide mission because he could not trust him.

Some even think he simply got tired of the killing and secretly led his men somewhere across the sea... maybe even had a hand in establishing a certain kingdom... the theories are near boundless in number, but yet still...

There is one that is whispered on the lips of people far more than any others when they recall the legend of Brantyn.

Many think he angered the Gods above with his many sins, and was struck down for his misconduct against his fellow pokemon both on the battlefield and off of it. Some think the old Legends lured him astray and confused him before finally drowning him in the ocean alongside all his men, to be devoured by sharpedos.

Some think it was not even the gods who did it, but just one god...one god who wielded wind and draconic fire

And one young dragon type warrior thinks Brantyn never died at all. One young Dragon warrior thinks he still yet lives, and that he wanders the world as an exile and a defeated champion...

And one young dragon will not stop until she finds him and tears him apart limb from limb.

And one elder dragon will not stop until every last one of the Titan's men from his old unit are dead with him.

Regardless of what is true or what is not though, it can not be denied that some have claimed to recently see a Rhyperior with Gold Armor and skin like steel somewhere in the Land Kingdom's holdings.

And it also can't be denied that the last thing those same claims also all said was that he fights much in the same manner as the Titan of Death...

Additional: Though he has slowed somewhat in his advanced age, his skill is still a great danger. He has series of massive, long since healed scars running all across his body, front and back, even on his face. He wears a large dragon fang on a chain... one so sharp and sturdy that it couldn't have possibly come from any normal dragon type.

Well, I've decided that I'll use a different 4th Character than the one that clarified a Misunderstanding.

CHARACTER #4:

Name: Surodnal

Age: 150

Gender: Male

Rank: King

Kingdom: Underdark

Pokemon: Landorus (prefers his Incarnate Forme)

Bio: Calm and strong-willed, Surodnal split up with his two brothers long ago after an... Incident. When asked about it, he tends to change the topic of the Conversation in a hurry, as if it were something he'd rather not talk about.

I have a little issue concerning on identifying what pokemon is talking, it's hard(for me) to keep track on who's who with all of the given names and the amount of players/pokemon here.

may I suggest putting the '[name]- [what pokemon it is]' before the player post to avoid any confusion, just my two cents.

I'll be sure to do that.

Hope Yash gets back soon, all we need to do is talk about 1 more rule and we can reopen chapter 2 (its really just a rule about post size but its one I think we don't really need for obvious reasons)

Omega, I'm not sure who is Gilgamesh, but even if you keep the nickname I feel obligated to change his real name just because technically you beat me to it (though the whole thing is a bit of a mess). Might just nickname him Genji or name him after another famous sword wielder.

As for the whole mega evolution thing, I'd rather stick to the official evolutions and just give the king and queens boosted stats. I mean even with just an unlimited movepool gives a huge advantage to some Pokemon like Jellicent to the point a Mega would make them invincible (no seriously Will-O-Wisp, Cursed Body, Hex, Recover is bad enough). Stats usually aren't the big consideration and considering the post quality of many users in this RP, I think only two or three people here are capable of describing these new things well enough to be used. It's a more difficult skill to do well than one might think.

Just another little note. I don't think any player should be allowed to play as more than one king. K_H so far is the only one. The issue is now that he controls two nations instead of just one. It's so easy to manipulate this especially when fighting on both sides that he could be on top, but without even powerplaying. Any other rank I'm fine with, but King really should be one per player.

This actually flew under my radar when it first happened, but I'd like to second this.

It's like 1 player being able to play more than a single legendary; it's the same exact issue in fact, too much power in one person's hands, and too much power in one person's hands right from the start makes things unbalanced for the entire way onward and kinda fixes the story to the point of being unfair to other player's efforts.

I mean, the whole reason I suggested limiting legends per player in the first place was because right from the start I knew I had an absolute powerhouse as my main PC here when I made Azauqyar, just from the lore about the weather trio alone (I mean, come on, those three are practically gods in and off themselves with the amount of raw power that would logically be needed to do what it's said they can do). There was no good reason for me to have been allowed to get another legendary while Azauqyar was still alive, and since I don't really see him dying, at least any time soon, there was no good reason for it to be allowed period. Power Playing is like corruption, it's starts out small, but it snowballs over time as the person goes over a slippery slope and either fails to realize it, or simply fails to care.

Contact him if you'd like, but I'm not sure if we are going to get any more players to fill out the more important roles.

That's not my job, that's YOUR JOB to contact him. As for the new kingdoms, I didn't even feel the need for them so removing them might not be such an issue. If you feel the need for them, I guess I could step up and be a king, but I'd pick the ice kingdom as my first choice.

I have to agree with the one King/queen per person rule.. Once we clear up with K_H we will get things going.. Also I agree with naming the character and pokemon in a tag before posting.. It will help reduce the confusion..

And now I shall introduce the King of the Permanfrost

Name: King Cold (real name is Gideon)

Age: 70

Gender: Male

Rank: King

Kingdom: Permafrost

Pokemon: Glalie (Can Mega)

Bio: King Cold is a cold hearted mon who has ruled the throne shortly after the war even began. He does not take failure for an option and punishes those that do severely. He usually spends his time within a castle made of ice looking at the many statues of the victims he froze. Rumors go that he hid his Kingdom from the war so that he could freeze the world over when the other kingdoms were at their weakest.

Additional: King Cold based his name after a song he will sometimes sing in battle.

Ok folks, chapter 2 is ready and open. Also, surprise b¡tc#e$..

Dayuuuuuum!

If Azauqyar had been there though, all those mofos would've been disintegrated...hyper beams hurt like a bitch

#RememberKruga

Who's uh, who's the new king though? whom I am to prepare?

Or... am I to choose who?

This straight up, not gonna lie, reminds of King Robert's death from Game of Thrones, just with how it went down and everything...

hopefully the aftermath goes much better than it did there though

We could always make King Cold in charge of the dragons considering Permafrost is rather empty right now. That'd cause a lot of hell. Someone please join my army though.
