Ojama Yellow
It's been a while since I've been in this part of the forum. Maybe it's time to try and pop back in. Name: Jeffrey 'Ursa' Maior Age: 36 Gender: Male Rank: Commander Kingdom: Land Pokémon: Ursaring Bio: Born a Teddiursa, raised to be a ferocious Ursaring, Jeffrey would even devote his life to protect his land. His underlings fear him: his expectations of his troops are incredibly high. He believes that praising them makes them spoiled and less focused, and instead decides to scold them more. Due to a traumatic experience in his youth involving a Drowzee from the Kingdom of Magic, he is extremely wary of outsiders, especially of those that hail from the Kingdom of Magic. He doesn't like his first name, and always refers to himself as 'Ursa Maior'. His troops have learned the hard way that calling him Jeff, Jeffrey or even Sir Jeffrey has severe consequences. "The Kingdom of Land is my life. Therefore, in order to take it, one must first take my life." - Ursa Maior Name: Zaïre Amareo Age: 28 Gender: Male Rank: Wanderer Kingdom: - Pokémon: Maractus Bio: Laid-back and carefree, Zaïre has always wished to do exactly those things he wants. He wanders the world in search of a place he likes. However, due to regular mood swings, he tends to get fed up with that place, and leaves to stay in another. He doesn't really care for the war that is currently going on between the four Kingdoms, but would the one he is staying in at the time be threatened, he would fight alongside the soldiers of that Kingdom. "Life's like a game console: it's very amusing, but you regularly need something new to keep it interesting." - Zaïre Name: Magister Ludicus Age: 50 Gender: Male Rank: Captain Kingdom: Water Pokémon: Poliwrath Bio: Magister was born a puny Poliwag, alongside hundreds of brothers and sisters, apparently doomed to mediocrity. However, when he grew up, he astonished the other Poliwag by constantly battling them, always seeking to grow stronger. He joined the Water army after becoming a Poliwhirl, and he quickly rose in the ranks, until he finally reached the title of Captain of the Guard. At that time, he had already evolved in a Poliwrath. Magister is shown to be a fierce and powerful battler, and a caring officer for his underlings. Apart from his job as a Captain, he also teaches the young Water-types in the Water Kingdom how to unlock their full potential. His troups are mostly glad to have him as their leader, but even he sometimes loses his temper. Especially when there's a cocky or disrespectful soldier or when a bunch of soldiers bullies a weaker one. Magister has a wide variety of punishments he can give to these Pokémon, and those have one thing in common: they're very painful. "You have great potential, you just need to bring it out." - Magister to his students I have a few questions, though. Don't we have to specify the moves and/or ability of our character? And Zaïre the Maractus would only be able to travel to the Kingdoms of Land and Magic, right?
Omega_Ra1der
You cannot learn anything outside of your pokemon typing and within your move pool so latios cannot have hp fire. In fact read the op closer. Edit: for the wanderer, he can join any kingdom you want, regardless of the typing, again read the op closer. EDIT 2: just check your movepool and select them but there is a limit depending what rank you are, Commander can learn 20 moves, wanderer and merc can learn 7 moves. Captains can learn 35 moves. For the abilites, I don't know about that so pm the host. Edited May 9, 2015 by OmegaRa1der
EonicEevee
Name: Eric Age: 16 Gender: Boy Rank: Commander Kingdom: Sky Pokemon: Latios Moves: Dragon pulse, Dragon dance, zen headbutt, psychic, psycho shift, heal pulse, stored power, psywave, heal block, telekinesis Bio: A tough pokemon who can always get the job done. He values honor and respect in battle. At times he goes all out in a battle and gets really competitive, but is willing to show a little mercy for those who can't do anything. Ex. A baby pokemon caught in a crossfire. At times, he just wants the war to be over and for peace to be restored. But at other times he continues to train and equip himself with as much as he can. He joins the sky kingdom as a commander to find his long lost sister. (Yes, it's a latias. Someone else will have to do that character). How is a Maractus supposed to join the Water Kingdom or Sky Kingdom? How is he supposed to get into an undersea cavern or up to a high mountain? Those are the things I was wondering about. As for the moves, I ment that we didn't have to specify the exact moves our character knows. I know the limit and such. And within their movepool means with TM moves, tutor moves and everything. It's the movepool, not the learnset. So actually, a Latios should be able to learn HP Fire, but I'd still recommend you to doublecheck that with the host. Omega_Ra1der
Good question for maractus, lobbed a pm to the host. For latios technically the typing is the reason why latios cannot learn hidden power that isn't psychic or dragon but again, I leave that to the host since I don't want to start a flame war. (May need to be edited) All commander slots have been filled in the Sky Kingdom, sorry. as for the question about moves... Cerebii has all you poke'mon needs. so long as a move is in your move pool and/or typing (depending on your rank because some can only nearn move in their move pool alone) then its okay to know how to use it. You only have to show your move pool when you are in battle. If you want to start a fight get permission from the one you want to fight and talk about the winner/loser/tie situation. once that is situated contact me and I'll create a fight sequence on the RP page (and try to make it sound epic). For your question about travle... Marcus is a water type poke'mon. meaning he can SWIM to and from his kingdom with out fear of drowning. ans for those who don't have the water typing? well there's more than one way to go underground... *cough*DIG*cough* as for the mountain. I said it would be DIFFICULT to reach without being a rock or ice type on foot, but not impossible. Edited May 9, 2015 by TyranntX

Edit: Oh sorry, they're already added on the first page, didn't notice. A little nitpick: Jeffrey 'Ursa' Maior likes to be referred to as Ursa Maior, and will mostly, if not always, be referred to as Ursa Maior, so could you please type that name instead of Jeffrey? And second, Ludicus is Magister's surname, his first name is Magister. Could you please change those two things in the first post. Sorry again, and thanks on beforehand. Ojama Yellow
Alright, thanks. Anyway, I would love to have Ursa Maior explain to Krusher what Dratini Meadow is, but I'm afraid that I don't know anything about it. Can you give a little enlightment? Like what kind of Pokémon there live or something? I'm guessing Dratini live there, but only knowing that Dratini live there and that it's a meadow doesn't really cut it, in my opinion. Edit: And never mind again :/

TyranntX
i just realized smeargle can be the most broken thing in the rp, all because of sketch. True, but when's the last time you've seen anyone even use Smeargle?
Ojama Yellow
Competitively, Smeargle is used regularly. But yes, in an RP, Smeargle is lacking...idk, charisma. And its stats are kinda meh-ish too. I know stats don't really count in this RP, but still.
TyranntX
All I'm really saying is the it's not really an impressive poke'mon in terms of looks. I mean look at all the poke'mon the people picked.

K_H
I'd like it if Kyogre was a Commander in the Sea Army, but someone else would need to play as it... or it could be an NPC. Edited May 9, 2015 by K_H
