The frog sighed "You're probably going to follow us whether or not we want you to so just come." He then turned to Xeen. "Oh yea, back to what you were saying Xeen. How did the war start?"

Xeen

"I don't know the full story, But I know that the war is at least 50 years old. My clan try not to get involved in politics." he said calmly. as they walked down the hall. "All the current leaders have not yet been born, so I don't even they know them selves anymore, but with all the propaganda and all the other wrong in the world keep feeding the flames"

Kruga

Kruga was roaming about the city, thinking of ways to fortify it. I need to remove the dependence on the guards. They will make excellent warriors for our conquests. We will crush the other kingdoms. Those pathetic surface dwellers. I need Azauqyar to train more. He flew up and started to move towards the training grounds. He knew he will find the dragon training the troops there. From a distance he could see the Captain and along with him another small black bird. It seems my adviser is already here. This will speed things along. That was when he noticed that the soldiers were being attacked by Azauqyar. He could barely see any of them even react to the assault. These will be excellent in our assault on the Land kingdom. He has given me an excellent idea to match with this. We need some troops to survive underwater. I won't spare those fish either.

He rushed towards the two. "I am glad to see your training has made such excellent soldiers Captain. They will be the most feared warriors in the land. Now I want to discuss something else with you. The both of you. Come and meet me in the throne room once your training is done."

Syni

Syni had been travelling the region for a while now. Normally she would pull pranks in villages for a few days and play with the kids before moving on. Nowadays things were different. It started when she had pulled a prank on a village from the Land Kingdom, but something had gone terribly wrong. She was in a village of Fighting types and had been popping in and out of their houses randomly throwing things about. Then one of the Machop used Foresight and Karate Chopped her. That was when they all started attacking her and she knew she had to get out of there quick. After that most of the villages she went to in the Land Kingdom treated her the same. Even in the Water Kingdom. Now she had the choice of trying the Sky Kingdom or going to the Magic Kingdom, the one place she knew she would be welcome, or at least not attacked. She thought she may as well try the former.

Zephyros

Zephyros was standing near the entrance of a cave - actually, one of the entrances of the complex cave system where most bat-like Pokemon of the Sky Kingdom lived. That was the exit leading to the training grounds, where he recognized his superior, Azauqyar, and Swain, the adviser of the King.

After he managed to stand out among all the bat-like Pokemon soldiers, he had to go through Azauqyar's hard training program to become a Commander, but it was surely worth it. Not only he became a Commander at that age, but also he was now considered the leader of all the caves of the Sky Kingdom. And just taking a look outside brought his memories back. He was not hit with stones very frequently, as he would always dodge them, so his "training" consisted in being roasted with Electric-types attacks or being hit with Psychic very often. Zephyros had to admit that this kind of training was very useful and made him much stronger, but he still felt bad for the other Pokemon that would get hurt everytime.

His Majesty, Kruga the Salamence, caught immediately Zephyros' attention with his arrival. What is the King doing here, near the training grounds? Is someone invading us or something? he thought. Living in a cave certainly didn't help this much...

He called to himself a group of three Noiverns. "The King has just come to the Training Grounds, and this made me think about a new battle coming nearer. I'll ask more about this to the King, but in the meantime you could patrol the area around the Mountain." he declared, trying to not make that order sound as one, then flown away from the cave, following the King and the other two Pokemon.

Azure

For Azure, that was just an ordinary day. She was just another one of those Eevees belonging to the Water Kingdom, and, like a relatively small group of them, possessed a special talent (actually two): she knew Heal Bell and Wish. The Water Kingdom was, in fact, trying to set up a group of Vaporeons that were able to use Wish and Heal bell for a lot of reasons: first, they could heal civilians from any status problems and act like the Doctors of the Kingdom; second, they could be used during conflicts to heal the soldiers who needed help, and third, they could even be used for additional support (with the moves Aqua Ring, Rain Dance, Baton Pass, or Surf).

Azure, like around twenty other more Eevees, was one of the first Pokemon that would have got a place in that group, and was now finishing to learn how to use her special moves: it didn't take long before Azure could evolve into a Vaporeon, and knowing that, the Eevee was always excited, thinking about that day coming nearer, and she felt she was born to do that... Which was the cold truth: as Azure always lived in an island in the middle of the sea that was used just for that project, her life chioces, at least until then, were always decided by someone else. This also made her more shy and calm, not very insterested in any kind of war.

...Azure was just staring at the horizon during her break from the lessons, and trying to imagine what the rest of the world was like. She'd lived her entire life in that island, and had never seen any other place in the entire world. She was alone, standing still on the sand; her "classmates" were all playing on a grass field near there.

Zero

Zero was the first attempt at creating a "machine" to protect the Magic World and was born in a small branch of the immense cave system known as the Magic World. Some intelligent Psychic-type Pokemon were working on that project secretly, as most of the Kingdom's most influential Pokemon said "no" to that, (especially the Commanders, who were trying to win their battles with their loyal troops alone). Having the intelligence of a Metagross, a fairly broad movepool, the ability to levitate, an outstading power, and, most importantly, an actual brain, Zero (as it was nicknamed by his creators) was now an actual Pokemon, who evolved two times already: after he was born, in fact, his creators tried to improve him two times, to make it more strong. And, while everything was working out for them at the beginning, with the last evolution everything changed. Zero stopped being what it was - essentially, a machine, able to resist most attacks and counterattack, inflicting the most diverse status aliments quite easily - and lost his great defensive abilities. But gained something extremely important: self-consciousness.

Because of his own self-consciousness that was basically telling the Pokemon that he was a living being, and the fact that he was NOT a living being, now Zero is stuck in an infinite doubt. Do I exist or not? he would always ask himself, sometimes moving his floating head erratically.

After gaining his self consciousness, Zero's next step was trying to get some opinions and thoughts, and one of the first things he understood is that he was created for annihiliating enemies: when his creators attempted to block him to reverse the evolution that was happening, Zero was able to knock them out in one single blow. And, after that, he escaped the Magic Kingdom to know more.

Zero now came back to the Magic Kingdom as a wanderer, seeing that his power, being that strong, is better off not used. The Porygon-Z was able to see what wars and conflicts could do and developed an antipathy against those things. He lives in the same cave where he was created, but most of the time still visits other Kingdoms and is accepted as any other traveler; he's become wise and still retains his incredible intelligence, but is always stuck inside of a doubt that he'll take with him for the rest of his life.

This was mainly just a backstory but I feel it is fairly necessary for this pokemon... I hope it's ok, and I'd like to have created a special and less usual character with Zero too :)

Also, Zero is still genderless, even though I am referring to him with "he"... you can use the pronoun you like best.

Zero in that moment had just seen a Pokemon entering the caves... a blue Pokemon, probably from the Sea kingdom... The kingdom that was Zero knew the least. Hoping that a new war wouldn't begin, he moved his head in his usual way and returned to his everyday business. After all, he didn't want to get involved in that eventuality.

Wile things when down at the Kingdoms of Sky, Sea and Magic, Plans were being made at the Kingdom of Land to construct a new outpost in a place called "Dratini Meadow". Krusher and his commanders were discussing about the preparations.

Krusher

"Now then, Witch one of you wants to tell me more about this, 'Dratini Meadow'?" He said some what intrigued. resting on a throne made out of the remains of a fossilized Druddigon.

Rader responded "Your majesty. Well as the name applies, it is meadow fillied with dratini so if we were claim that land then we have some potiential Dragons to counter the sky dragons and maybe to swim down to the water kingdom. We must claim this invaluable postion so send some scouts."

Krusher

The Large Tyrantrum thought for a moment "We would use more Dragon types in our ranks, plus I haven't seen a Sky dragon since I was a boy... Alright lets do it, take some of the strongest Ice type poke'mon in our strongest poke'mon under your command and establish an Embassy, the sooner those Dragons join us the better" He let out a roar "NOW GO!"

Ursa Maior

Ursa Maior snapped his fingers. Half a dozen of Beartic ran inside and bowed before Krusher. "My lord, I have already prepared an exploration party, but I don't know whether this will be enough or not. Of course, I will be accompanying these Beartic, but still, Dratini Meadow is an extremely dangerous place."

Zaïre

Zaïre made a happy pirouette when he entered the Kingdom of Magic. He had been travelling all around to find a place suitable for him, and this might just have been it. He wasn't sure, though, since he would get fed up with places quickly, and he tended to leave them. But that won't happen here! he thought to himself, even though he knew it would happen eventually.

Magister

"Remember, you all have potential. You just need to bring it out." Magister the Poliwrath smiled when he saw all the little Water-types look at him in awe. Maybe, if he hadn't decided to pursue his ideal of strength, he might even have made it to become a teacher. But now, he was the official Captain of the Guard of the Kingdom of Water, and he couldn't say he wasn't happy about it.

"Alright, kids, end of class!" He clapped in his hands as the small Pokémon ran away to play with each other. Magister briefly looked at them, and then made his way back to the Water castle.

Krusher

The emperor laughed "You have Ice type poke'mon Commander, I think your Beartic can handle a village of pure dragon types" He turned his head to a map "Besides it not like we are looking for a fight, if push truly comes to shove I'll talk to them my self" he looked back to his 3 commanders "Now then you two move out, Atlas your on patrol duity... keep an eye out for suspicious poke'mon"

Ursa Maior

Ursa Maior bowed to his king. "As you wish, my lord." He turned to Rader. "Looks like it'll be the two of us, and these Beartic. Do you have any more reinforcements, by any chance?" He strongly hoped that the Electric-type did. Even with the Ice-types at his possession, if the Dragons saw them as enemies, they might just lure them into a trap. Combine that with the fact that most Dragon-types can learn a Fire move... He couldn't say it openly, but he doubted whether Krusher had made a good decision.

Azauqyar

Every present member of the Draken Guard ((That's what I'ma call em, hope it's alright with Kruga)) bowed their heads the moment they saw His Grace entering the grounds. It was the only pre-indication Azauqyar had before his king was suddenly addressing him.

"You words do me and my men a great honor, your Grace." The Drake said as the King flew off. He turned his attention to the gathered soldiers, his voice again bellowing through the Amplification from Hyper Voice "Dismissed! Return to your patrols! We are done this day!"

There was no questioning from the elite fighters, one by one they veered away from the grounds, some taking up positions in the caves, some beginning to execute routine flight paths around the mountain, and some returning to the capital itself to keep order in the streets. Azaqyuar said nothing to Swain or the approaching Commander Zephyros as he started off for the castle proper, body uncoiling into a long, green streak across the sky as he flew. At his rate though, it seemed unlikely either of the two followers would make it there before he did...

Rader responded "Yes, I could call over some luxios,Aurorus, and I will try to look for some gabite. Is that enough?" He figured he will ask for the reinforcements because the dratini are dragon type which can resist nearly everything. "Also, to stock up on berries for the journey from my friend who is a trader."

Atlas

"Understood." Atlas responded. It gestured for a small group of pokemon, which consisted of a Zoroark, a Shiftry, and a Weavile, to approach it. "Nothing will get past us." The group kneeled before Krusher as Atlas spoke. "Of course, the rest of my recon team is waiting outside, I assure you." The Golurk added. "...And they are all dedicated to their role. I've made sure of that."

Ursa Maior

"Hm...maybe, but..." Ursa Maior responded. He then pointed at the Beartic. "Four of you will go with Commander Rader, and help him to find reinforcements. Understood?" The Beartic quickly nodded, and four of them ran over to Rader. "The two others will accompany me while I go look for the Guts group. They might be helpful as well." He turned back to Rader. "If you don't know who they are, they're my elite team of soldiers. A group consisting of four Raticate, two Machoke, and an Hariyama."

Krusher-

"I'm Counting on you Atlas, I heard rumor that there is powerful Kabutops roaming the land. And the last thing we need is a rouge swordsman threatening my people"

Rader responded " Ok. We meet at western end of the forest." He turned to the Beartic and said "Boys, 3 of you go get the gabites and Auroruses. The last one, pick up 50 berries from the trader. I call my Luxios." Beartic nodded their heads and went their way. Rader left the castle to get the Luxios from the barracks. He roared and a horde of Luxios came out. He barked "Boys we are going to Dratini Meadow and liberate it for postion plus more dragon type in our ranks." The luxios yelled out "Yes sir!" Meanwhile the beartic going to the trader shop has arrived and spoke " Commander Rader ordered me to pick the berries. Devon who was standing at the counter repiled " OK, since he is my friend, I will give you the berries for 75% off. That would be 250 Poke please." The beartic put down 250 Poke down on the counter. Devon went the back returned with a sack of Sitrus Berries. He said "Give my regards to the commander." Beartic proceed to pick up the sack and went to the western end of the forest. The other Beartic have gathered the gabites and 2 Aurorus. Rader has arrived with 20 luxios in a squad. While he wait for Ursa to come.

Zephyros

The Crobat came out of the cave flying, with the two Noiverns on his sides, and flew towards Swain, overlooking the Training Grounds.

"The fact that the King came here to call Azauqyar back from his everyday activity here made me think that the King has an important announcement to make. Living in a cave doesn't help in this regard but... it seems it is something I should know. I'll go there too" he said before starting to follow the Rayquaza, going at the highest speed possible, hoping that he wouldn't lose some informations... It wasn't enough to match Azauqyar's speed, but the Bat Pokemon's speed was still considered very high. After all, he was a Crobat.

Ursa Maior

The Normal-type nodded in response to Rader. "Understood." He looked at the two remaining Beartic. "Move out." The two Beartic nodded and quickly followed their Commander, who was already making his way to the training grounds of the Land Castle. However, it was to no avail: all soldiers were training at the moment, and he couldn't find his trusted squad. He sighed and opened his mouth.

"ALRIGHT, EVERYONE STOP FOR A MOMENT!" he roared. All the Pokémon, especially the ones close to Ursa Maior, scared up and turned around. "I just need to pick up some helpers, then all of you can go back to your training," he explained, his voice softer now that none of the Pokémon on the grounds dared to speak. "Guts group, step forward." A Raticate came out of the crowd, followed by another Raticate. An Hariyama and two Machoke shove the soldiers out of the way so that they could pass. They were followed by the other two Raticate. "You lot, we're going to explore Dratini Meadow with Commander Rader and some of his men. You better be ready, because this may be rough."

The seven Pokémon yelled: "Yes, sir!" and Ursa Maior proceeded to walk away from the training field, the Beartic and his Guts group right behind him. He stopped when he noticed that it still was completely quiet, and turned around again. "I told all of to go back to your training once I was done. So maybe you all should actually DO THAT?" he roared. The soldiers hastily went back to their training. "Good."

When Ursa Maior and his men reached the western end of the forest, he noticed that the other Beartic were already there, together with the Gabite and Aurorus. He sighed. "I guess we still have to wait a bit for Commander Rader to join us."

Rader roared "I'm here" Coming out of a underbrush with his 20 Luxios " Good job Beartics, if this succeed, I'll pay you bit more." He turned back to Ursa and spoke "Our plan for this is if dratini don't attack, we will talk with them on the behalf of the king but if they attack. I will threat them with gabite and aurorus attacks. If that doesn't work, we will call for the king.. Agreed?" Rader turned back to his soldiers "Guys, this postion is important in defensively terms so if I see anything funny that will cost us the battle if it comes to that. I will have you busting your tails off in the patrol. OK!?"

Ursa Maior

"Don't forget we still have the Beartic too," Ursa Maior added, "but yes, that sounds like a solid plan." He turned to his underlings. "You all understood that, right? And patrol would be the least of your worries if you...would pull any funny stunts." He cracked his fists, and one of the Beartic gulped. "I think I'm clear, no?" He faced the other Commander. "We should be on our way now."

Rader howls "Onward to the meadow"

On the path

The beartic who was sent to the trader shop asked "Permission to speak freely?" Rader responded "Yes, you may," Beartic said "The trader wanted to give his regards to you." Rader replied "Well, that is my friend after all. Through life, he despite fighting so he didn't join the army with me but he will find a way to support the whole kingdom without fighting and that is why he because a trader. To support the entire kingdom without fighting."

Ursa Maior couldn't help but to overhear the conversation of Commander Rader and the Beartic. "Even though I normally am against passive support in a war," he interrupted, "I have say that it helped us out this time. Otherwise, we could've never gotten those berries in time. Good thinking of getting some, by the way," he added.

Rader responded "We needed them because we don't have a legit cleric as of now. Besides the local trader is my friend if you have been paying attention. Throughout of my life. Through training with the guardian of our home. And me enlisting to the army. All of the times, he has been there with me."
