Kruga

The news about the battle at Dratini Meadows greatly upsets Kruga. "Grrr.. I knew they would recruit dragons, but I didn't expect them to go after the young. I don't understand what the Magic Kingdom is doing there, but I trust it will not be good. Come with me to the barracks. Tell me who all are present at the battle field. We must send out a force to protect the young ones." he told Rapture.

Kruga turned to one of the guards nearby, a Dragonite. "They are threatening your kind soldier. Gather all of your kin and prepare a force to stop them. Send word to Zephyros and his squadron. They will help take care of the Magic Kingdom's forces. Gather the force and meet us at the training ground. Dismissed." The dragonite rushed of, clearly agitated by the news. Kruga itched for battle, but knew his duties lay in protecting his kingdom. I may not be able to go, but I will ensure that my people are not harassed by these land dwellers. He flew towards the barracks, listening to the details of the armies of the two kingdoms in the battle to come from the bird pokemon.

[Ojama Yellow]

Ursa Maior

Ursa Maior was overjoyed when first Ignis and then even his majesty Krusher himself showed up. Nothing could stop their victory now, not even the queen of the Magic Kingdom. "Are we going to wait for their battle to end to attack their army, or attack their army while their high-ups are distracted?" he whispered to Rader.

Zaïre

Zaïre had followed the soldiers of the Magic Kingdom, curious of where they were going. He stood in between the trees, overseeing the battlefield. It was a very good hiding place for him, since he looked completely like the trees themselves. He even smelled like a plant, so even his odor wouldn't give him away. King Krusher and Queen Crystal themselves, hm? he thought to himself, This oughta be interesting.

Magister

Magister knelt in front of King Otto. "If I may, my lord, is an alliance with the Magic Kingdom really what we want? I mean... You know their king. He would backstab us, and not even care about it."

Rader turned to Ursa and said "Looking at their army, we would have to send the blaziken,inferape, hariyama and machoke first. But with that as long the clerics do their jobs and our captain and king wins the battle, victory is assured. So I am saying, Attack now. Aurorus get the position to fire the ice beam, forest gabite squad flank the enemy platoon,Luxios, charge at their clerics. All of the fighting types, charge at their overall army. I don't care if they have Kroodile. Weavile, Get the grounds types, after that. support in destroying the cleric platoon. Audinos, get the position to support the fighters going to the dark types. I'll leave you with controlling the remainder of the guts group, again."

He nodded upon hearing the commands of his fellow commander. "Beartic, Raticate!" he yelled at the two kinds of Pokémon Rader forgot to address, "Go with the front line and destroy all chances of the enemy to regroup!" He pumped his two hands in the air. "Victory to the Land Kingdom!" His troups repeated the war cry. "Charge!"

By then, Aurorus has charged up it Ice Beam, ready to fire. Rader yelled out "Fire!" Aurorus fired it beam. Rader charged in with a thunder fang ready to hurt.

Zephyros

After the brief speech of the King, Zephyros returned to his cave, thinking about Kruga's words. "Does he really plan on invading all of the Kingdoms, thinking it will be this easy? I hope he's thought about our defenses." Zephyros, actually, didn't think Kruga was this good of a King: he would often fall in error, underestimating other Kingdoms' forces or overextending. He could have been... less radical. But, the Salamence was now his King, and most of the Sky Kingdom's inhabitants seemed happy with this King; so the Crobat couldn't complain.

After some time in the cave, he noticed a Dragonite coming inside of the cave. He looked lost in the big and complex cave system, and came there because he needed to talk with the commander... Zephyros approached the Dragonite, who referred the King's message and then returned to his ordinary business, not before having some Golbats help him coming out of the cave. The messenger talked about something going on in the Dratini Meadow with an unsteady voice, still looking uneasy inside of the cave.

Zephyros therefore sent one of his fellow cave-dwellers (a Golbat) to the aforementioned place, before following the rest of the orders.

Zephyros needed to gather forces and meet the King at the training Grounds, but most of his squadron were not there in the cave: the Commanders, in fact, leaded different groups of Pokemon: Azauqyar controlled most dragon-like Pokemon (like the Draken group), and the same could have been said for Commander Eric, the Latios; Rapture the Staraptor controlled mainly Bird-like Pokemon, and Zephyros controlled the rest, being bat-like Pokemon, bug-types, and other species who didn't fall into this categories. Because of this, everytime Zephyros needed to gather his squadron, he had to reach a lot of different places: the cave system, the Bug-type area in the lower part of the Mountain, and some other caves where lived mainly Ghost-type levitating Pokemon.

After reflecting for some time, he decided to come to the Training grounds with some Ghost-types and some Bat-like Pokemon, sending a messenger Zubat to the lower area of the mountain, where he could call to the duty some Bug-types.

While he was the first to come at the training grounds, behind him in the distance one could already see groups of Noiverns, Golbats, Woobats approaching the area, followed by a restricted group of Yanmegas and Butterfrees.

Zero

Zero, who was leaving the cave again, this time to see if there was anything suspicious outside, found an unexpected scenario: the Land Kingdom's forces were fighting against the Magic Kingdom's troops near the Dratini Meadow. As he wanted to be external to conflicts, he decided to stare at the ongoing battle from afar, noticing this way a Golbat flying above him.

OTTO & RYU

Otto shook his head.

"Magister, have you forgotten that they also have a queen?"

It was then that Ryu and the Ducklett walked into the Throne Room, and the Ducklett spoke.

"My Liege, I have found a Mercenary."

Otto nodded and replied.

"Good. Now, head to the Scout Barracks and tell the rest of your fellow scouts that I want them to swap out every thirty minutes, instead of every hour."

"Yes, Sir!"

Once the Ducklett headed off, Otto spoke to Ryu.

"I am sure you're wondering why I called you here. Well, I am planning on sending an Expeditionary Force to the Dratini Meadows. I presume you have been that way in your travels?"

"I have been there multiple times before, yes."

"Good. Now, I want you to come with me and my troops on this occasion."

"Wait, you're coming, too?"

"Yes. The Land King Krusher himself has gone into the Dratini Meadows, so it would be-"

He cut himself off when a Scout rushed into the Throne Room.

"My liege, Queen Crystal herself is at Dratini Meadows!"

"Thank you for informing me of this. You may go now."

"Thank you, sir. Is there anything else I should do?"

"Feel free to do what you like."

"Thank you, sir."

The Ducklett then headed out. Otto nodded, and then continued speaking.

"As I was saying, since Land's King Krusher, and now Magic's Queen Crystal, are both at Dratini Meadows, it would be showing weakness if I was to not show up, and you know how Land King Krusher is about those who show weakness, especially in other Kingdoms' Leaders."

Magister

Magister stayed on his one knee. He did know that the Magic Kingdom had a queen as well, Crystal. This woman was more known for her compassionate nature, and would never go with King Shidew's dirty tactics. "I will trust your word, my lord." As long as it doesn't turn out to be a huge mistake... "My lord, with your permission... I would like to be going as well." He wasn't sure whether leaving the Kingdom without their king and captain of the guard for a single battle was a good idea, but he simply had no choice. "With your permission, my lord."

[Komodojoe]

Atlas

Atlas could hear the sounds of battle in the distance. It has not yet found any trace of the enemy on his patrol, let alone the Kabutops that the King mentioned. Not long after it had resumed it's patrol, the Weavile under it's command had appeared in front of it. "Sir, it appears that our forces have engaged in combat with the Kingdom of Magic." The weavile said. "So I've noticed..." Atlas responded. "...And what of the Kabutops? Have you found any trace of him?" The Weavile shook his head. "No, sir. We have not found anything that would relate to him, but..." The weavile paused. He looked a little concerned regardless. "But what? You already said that you haven't found the Kabutops yet. What else could there be?" Atlas said. It was beginning to become impatient. "Well, I decided to use a pair of binoculars to look at where the Kingdom of Magic's soldiers came from. Turns out that there's also a lone Gallade on it's way to Dratini Meadows as well." The Weavile responded. "What did you say?" The Golurk seemed a little surprised. "I said that there's-" Atlas cut the Weavile off mid-sentence. "I know what you said. Was there anything abnormal about this Gallade? Did you see anything out of the ordinary?" The Weavile shook it's head once again. "No, sir. It looked like a normal Gallade." Now Atlas shook it's head. "That's not what I meant. Did this Gallade wear any accessories. To be more specific, a necklace with an emblem on it?" The Weavile looked surprised. "Actually, yes, it did. But only thing that was odd about that necklace was the empty gem slot in the middle of the emblem itself." Atlas balled it's hand into a fist. "Just as I thought." It said. The Golurk then pointed Toward Dratini Meadow. "Inform the other commanders of this. Tell them that they could possibly have the captain of their guard on the way." Atlas ordered. The Weavile nodded. "Yes, sir!" The Weavile then began to head toward the other commanders.

Sir Darius

Meanwhile, Sir Darius was sprinting toward Dratini Meadow with the biggest look of concern on his face. "Of all the times that something like this happens..." He thought to himself. "Of all the times for me to take an eye off of the Queen, and the she puts herself in this much danger..." He looked down at the emblem on his necklace. It was his family heirloom, passed down from generation to generation and eventually passed down to him. It reminded him of why he took his oath in the first place, which in turn gave him hope. "No. She'll be alright. She has to be." He shook off any thought of possibility of harm that would befall his Queen. He hasn't let any harm come to the Queen before and he wasn't about to let that happen now. Now filled with hope and determination, Sir Darius looks toward his destination once again.

Otto smiled.

"I was planning on bringing you, Magister. No sense in going without being prepared, and since you're the Captain of the Guard, you're one of the best officers we have."

Otto then started to head out of the throne room, but stopped and spoke.

"Let's head to the Barracks and get the Troops set. I sent them a Messenger, so they know they need to be ready to go at a moment's notice."

Otto and Ryu then headed off towards the Barracks.

Magister

He got up and followed King Otto and Ryu. "Thank you, my lord. I can assure you that our troops are fully ready to battle. If I may, I could select a few of our elite soldiers, some that must come with us." He cracked his fists. It had been a while since Magister took a stand on the battlefield, and if he was honest, he was looking forward to it. He didn't want to get rusty.

[Aurorix]

Magic Army

The clerics setup a misty terrain around the battle field making it difficult for one not trained to traverse this mist. It also made status conditions unable to happen as well as weaken dragon type pokemon. Once they saw the the the their troops the Krokrodiles went after the Luxios and luxrays, while the pawnyaids made a quick charge for the Aurorus. Scraftys and Pangoros went after the Beartics and Raticates and the Tyranitars fired flamethrowers at the ice beams to block them as well as Kirlia's setting up light screens around their troops. This was all commanded by Titania and her Telepathy before the battle had commenced prepping them for when they attacked.

Swain- Sky kingdom

After the meeting, Swain went to the training grounds to hand pick the defensive line-up for the sky kingdom. "hear ye, hear ye.. In order of king Kruga, I've been authorized to take charge of the defensive group of our kingdom." The bearded crow said with a clear voice to the fleet soldiers of the sky kingdom. "Surely your captain, Azauqyar trained you well.. so I expect only results.. " Swain said as he stomp his cane.

"May I request some Dragonites to step forward and represent the frontlines" Swain pause for a moment and looks at the Dragonites of the sky kingdom as he continue. "you're the first line of defense, your multiscale ability will benefit you in defending our beloved king and the sky kingdom.. " the crow walks back and forth with his cane.

"also i will need some skarmory(s), and pigeot(s) for supportive hurricanes and whirlwinds, making sure our foes don't get too close to us...and finally a couple of jumpluffs for backup with their sleep pollen, leech seeds and light screens..."

"Oh and one more thing, The Altaria(s) will serve as our eye of the sky, for they can blend themselves in the clouds and can go unnotice. monitoring and alerting the kingdom 24/7 if any suspicious activity is seen or heard."

"be alert, for our foes will regret the day that they mess with the sky.. do not disappoint me." the royal adviser's final word as he cross his winged arms.The ones called started flying and went into their respective position, as they prepared to defend the airspace.

Rader gaved quick orders "Flankers, attack the approaching pawniards. We cannot afford to lose our 2 aurorus!" Rader set up an electric terrain to counter the mist terrain. Hariyama, machoke, break the screens. Gabite charge at the tyranitars, they only hold our ice beams back. Audinos, support the fighters and the aurorus. Beartic, go after the platoon. Raticates, defend the Aurorus. Same for the Luxios and Luxray! Aurorus, fire at will at the Kirlias...."

Freya & Azauqyar

Whilst the rest of the Sky Kingdoms authorities had begun scrambling for the issue of mobilization to intervene at the Dratini Meadow, Azauqyar had busied himself with his own instructions from the king... after all, if there was anyone fit to the task of finding Legends... it was another legend. He flew through the city with purpose, though the occasional sight of a guard member deviating from patrol and heading for the grounds, and the fact that it was only those members whom were Dragonites, could not help but catch his attention.

"I must be sure to look into that after this is done..." He thought to himself just as his destination loomed down below. The sight of two green Drakes talking down below was all he needed... "Freya!"

The young flygon looked up from the cripple before her, her eyes widening at a familiar yet unexpected sight. Her sibling did the same, stepping out of the way as the much larger dragon approached them. "F-Father...I... wasn't expected you to take time out of training like this," She stammered, knowing full well how seriously the Elder Wyrm took the matter... "I was just saying my last good-byes to absalom before I left."

"Yes, yes, I know..." The Sky Lord's gaze drifted to the smaller Flygon, a male with tattered wings that honestly would've made flight impossible if it wasn't for the natural ability of his kind. His leg was permanently twisted though, resulting in the need of a cane, and behind one of the protective, scarlet lenses over his eyes there was naught but scar tissue. He would never be able to fight, Would never be able to walk without a heavy limp, would never be able to fly for extended periods without the help of others, would never be able to have proper depth perception... and Azauqyar still felt the trace of a magma hot, blazing hyper beam gathering in his throat whenever he recalled how the teen had gotten the way he was...could still feel the desire to kill and destroy and leave nothing in his wake. But like any good god, he restrained it, forcing his eyes back to his foster daughter.

"His Grace has seen fit to entrust me with a new task however-"

"No, he wouldn't!" Freya began in outrage before the elder could finish "That fool couldn't possibly be stupid enough to dismiss you as captain! His city will fall like a castle of sand in the wake of a morning tide!"

"Calm yourself, girl," Azauqyar ordered. "It is not so, I have simply been given another task in addition to my current duties- He wishes for me to seek out intelligence about the locations of my wards and that of the elemental birds as well. Hence why I'm here now." The implication was easy for the young warrior to get. She nodded her head, making a mental note to make a few... extra stops on her journey to the Land Kingdom... "Good, good, now, I've other matters that need attending to."

"Can't you sense Kyogre and Groudon though, father?" she called as he began to leave. "I mean, it is your charge to quell them if the need arises, is it not?"

"Aye, it is, but only when the need arises. When they are on rampages, I can sense the disturbance in the balance regardless of how far away it is... but when they are merely slumbering or have no deep rage in their hearts, I am as blind to their location as anyone else..." He stopped and glanced back at her. "I have my own methods and ideas for how to find them however. You simply focus yourself on finding those squabbling bunch of squawkers and leave the true legends to me..."

And with that said, he left Freya and Absalom standing there as he headed to the training grounds to see just what was all the commotion with his men...

[Komodojoe]

Sir Darius

He stopped in his tracks after hearing what Vertex had said and looked back to him. "I bet she did..." Sir Darius wasn't at all surprised that the Queen would give an order like that, but he really did wish that she hadn't. He then looked over to the Tyrantrum and sighed. "Very well, then."

Atlas' scouting team

The Weavile had arrived at Dratini Meadows to find the hooded figure gathering up the Dratini and came to a screeching halt. As much as he wanted to get a closer look, he remembered the order that that had been given to him by Atlas. The Weavile looked up to see the two Ninjask and gave them a signal. The two Ninjask looked at each other and then proceeded to go and report this to Atlas. The Weavile then proceeded to sneak over to where commanders Ursa and Rader were. Once the Weavile was close enough to the two commanders, he began to speak. "Sirs, we've spotted a Gallade that's making his way here as we speak. Commander Atlas seems convinced that it's the captain of their guard. He looked back at the battle to see the very same Gallade on the other side of the battlefield. "H-he's here already?!? The Weavile looks a bit surprised as he tries to comprehend how he got here so fast, not even considering the time it took to find Atlas in the first place.

Ursa Maior

He grumbled at the words of the Weavile. "I would love to take him on myself, but I'm afraid that his class is too high for me... Besides, I'm at a huge disadvantage against him." He growled in frustration as he saw that their troups weren't completely obliterating the Magic Kingdom's soldiers, like he expected. He faced the gist of the enemy's army, and let out an earsplitting loud roar that sent sound waves at the Tyranitar and Kirlia. "That ought to keep them busy for the time being. Have you noticed anything strange? We must be informed if they put up traps for our troups."

In response of the weavile. "Wait, their captain is here as well?! Well, crap. Now our hope is the king defeats the defenders. But report back to Atlas and tell him send to 1 Garchomp and 5 Scopilede. They are our last hope." To the soldiers, attacking the Tyranitar and Kirlias. "The opening is now, attack now!" Aurorus immediately fired their ice beams, Beartics going after kirlia went in. The gabites attacked the tyranitars with dragon claws.

Battle Results

A Storm rolls in as the two armies charge at one another, the Hooded poke'mon from before had evacuated all the dratini withing the area and stood with them up top of high ground to watch the action. Krusher opens op with Fire Fang on the hooded queen still unawere of who it is he is fighting. but Cyrstal evades by using detect and counters with shadow ball. ITS A DIRECT HIT, but The Emperor's armored body is so strong it barely phased him at all. He the struck at her with Crunch, but the queen is quick on her feet and evades.

Meanwhile the two commanders were at it as well. Ignus had a hunch that Titania could only attack from a distance so he used his own fire fang to get in close for her. But the Psychic poke'mon used teleport to get out of the way and countered with psychic. but The Fire type managed to tough it out and fet a hold of her with another fire fang. in defense, Titania used thunderbold to stun him and make him let go. it was at that momenent she used her hold item to mega evolve! but will it be enough against Ignus?

Back with he fight against the King and Queen, Cyrstal Charged and used Iron Tail, Krusher used roar of time to stop her in her tacks and then used Ancient Power in her state of inmobility. She survived and decided that its time to turn the tables on the Dragon king and lept high up into the air and threw away her cloak. It was at that moment she Evolved from Eevee to Espion! "Cystal... I should have know. You may be fully evolved now but it WON'T Save you" Krusher roared out as he used Dragon breath on her while she was still in midair. The attack sent her flying, but she managed to land on her feet. As the Feild turned to electric, Krusher took advantage of it, charged in, and used Thunder fang. It patylized Cystal, but she was more than able to fight back.

While their battle went on, Ignus used Flamethrower on Titainia, leaving a nasty burn. but she healed her self with heal pulse and was no longer aflicted. Se then Countered with Moon blast. But Ignis evaded and used Fire blast, She teleported away. BUT WAIT, ITS A TRICK! Ignus new she would teleport away and where she would end up, and used Flame Charge to Rush at her, landing a criticle hit. This was far from over for all four of them. the battle raged on tearing appart the meadow. turing it into badlands.

Krusher saw the damage, and used Raor of time to Accelerate it recovery, completely restoring it. but that costed him to get struck by an Iron Tail by Crystal. The Empror then used Hyper beam. Cyrstal tried to evade but her paralysis started to take effect and prevented her from moving. she survived, but only barely. Krusher then finished the job with a Dragon Tail, knocking out Crystal and bringing the battle to a complete halt. "Victory is ours Soldiers!" the emperor Roared.

The aftermath

The magic Kingdom was tough, but the Land army was too diverse in typing and attacks for them to handle and were forced into retreating. The land Epire now Controls Dratini meadow and established an outpost guarded by some of the soldiers as the rest returned to the kingdom with Krusher before the sky kindgom could arrive. This is a stunning VICTORY for the land kingdom.

Rewards: Amazed and impressed by The Emperor's mastery of dragon type moves. The Datini pledged their loyalty to the Land Kingdom in exchange for his teachings. The Dratini Evolution live is now A Land Kingdom exlusive to all future sign ups

Penalty: In her weakend state, Krusher Kidnaped Crystal and locked her in the dungeon. The Magic Kingdom is now in a panic, and lower ranking soldiers (Foot soldiers and Zealots) will start do disobey until she is returned.
