Etesian
Welp, before I get to your main questions, there's some stuff you can improve with your current members. -For Serperior, ditch Sub. Unlike comp, you'll be attacked and losing your Sub 99% of the time. Leech Seed will also do negligible damage compared to any attack. So, instead of those 2 moves, I'd say get Wring Out for a 120 BP move for stuff that resists Leaf Storm and either Glare for when you know Serperior won't be doing much or Nature Power. -Also, Hidden Power Ice is unnecessary. Rock covers all of Grass' weaknesses except for Poison or you can use Fire(ideally)/Ground for the best coverage: -Iiiiiii'd say get rid of it. Meowstic is early-game material. -Since you have a Ninetales and you say you'd like another Special attacker, Solar Power Heliolisk would be a great addition. Thunderbolt, Grass Knot, Hidden Power Ice (Ice moves don't get weakened by Sunlight) and Dark Pulse let this thing do serious damage under the sun and even without it. Still, get that Ninetales a Heat Rock. -If you go back to pre-E13, you can get Ninetales Energy Ball. You can also ditch Extrasensory for HP Rock, which gives you perfect coverage. Although I'd say you should ditch Nasty Plot instead and keep Extrasensory, Sun-boosted STAB Flamethrower hurts like hell anyways and even if you go down quickly, there's Heliolisk to use that sun. -Waterfall>>Aqua Tail. Also, Rain Dance is worthless. Aqua Jet would be muuuch better. You could also ditch Superpower for Belly Drum, but your current set+Aqua Jet works too. -If you for some reason don't want Aqua Jet, Bounce from the Circus tutor works too. -If you go back to pre-E13, you can get EQ onto Gigalith. I'd say ditch all moves you have except for Rock Slide and get EQ, Heavy Slam and Curse (the last 2 can be gotten even without going back to pre-E13). For your potential 6th, all of those have better sets. Heracross can get EQ and Rock Slide from pre-E13, Scrafty gets Dragon Dance and the Elemental Punches and Lucario can get Nasty Plot and Vacuum Wave instead of Calm Mind and whatever 4th move (in which case Shadow Ball provides muuuuuuch better coverage, perfect neutral coverage in fact) or you can use a physical Lucario with SD, HJK, E-Speed and Bullet Punch. -You'd have quite the Ground weakness going if you add Lucario, so I'd say get Scrafty. -Also, there are no Leftovers. -Also also, as awesome as Espeon is, it gets next to nothing useful in Reborn, so I'd say skip it. Cmason
Espeon is amazing in pokemon reborn, with 130 SpA and 110 Spe, it can OHKO a lot of things, a simple set would be -Psychic -Shadow Ball -Hidden Power Fighting -Morning sun (Or whatever move, Espeon has poor defenses so it'll probably take more damage than morning sun will heal) You could also use Sylveon, it's a really good eeveelution that can act as a tank. (I prefer Sylveon over Espeon) My set is: -Moonblast -Hidden Power Ground -Shadow Ball -Draining Kiss (Great Recovery) you could also rock out with: Light screen, Trump Card (With Pixilate), Misty Terrain (for Moonblast boost) Edited May 11, 2015 by Cmason
Etesian
^^Last Resort is a really bad move for it since it's physical, despite the Pixilate boost. The main reason for that is that it can get Trump Card, a 390 BP nuke.

Cyclonegale
Ah. I kept the subseed on my serperior in hopes of getting leftovers. I don't intend to go back to previous episodes, so i'll make due with what i can get now. I normally just kept Meowstic around as a tank and give my mons enough to time to set up for sweep. I'll grab Heavy slam and Curse for Gigalith. I was thinking Scrafty as well. Although I can't quite remember how to get the set up you're talking about. Thank you for the advice. It's very helpful. Sure thing. Heliolisk gets all the moves I mentioned even in this episode and for Scrafty, you just need an Altaria or something from the Kingdra line and Hitmonchan>something-from-the-Buneary line for the punches.
