"We may be able to take care of it's Tsunami's in our land, but should that happen in a battle, the consequences could get ugly. I suppose you're right. The walls built around this kingdom's borders are made from the waves of the beast." King Cold then looked to the south. "I'm not sure who you are referring to by enemies. Do you mean the sky kingdom or perhaps that other kingdom? I'm aware of the stories a kingdom lies down south of ours however I feel no need to fight them at this time. Should they be out for conquest, we will not engage them yet. The nearby nations will align themselves with us and then we'll eliminate their weakened forces." "Sire, I have gathered the men as you requested. The seas have also calmed so we can leave whenever you're ready." Artemis soared down and stood next to the king. It was a habit she since she was used to being his messenger. "Artemis, only the queen is allowed to stand beside me like that. She holds almost as much power as I do. Speaking of which, I do not see her here." King Cold had a feeling he knew the answer. The queen rarely made an appearance out in public. Some believed she didn't even exist. "...Forgive me, my lord. It won't happen again." The Articuno backed away from the king's side stepping to face his front. "As for the queen, she requested to remain here with the rest of the army. She said they would need a ruler to take control should something happen while you take leave." "Hmm...that is perhaps for the best. You there, I need to talk to you privately." The king pulled a Crygonal to the side making sure none could hear what he had to say. "Watch every move the queen makes. The moment something suspiscous arises, you are to report to me immediately." King Cold watched the Crygonal fly off as he headed towards the middle of the army. "My fine fellow soldiers. The violent nations of the West have learned of our secluded nation and wish to bring war onto our own turf. I do not wish for their filth to ruin our sacred grounds so we shall bring the war to them. Follow me to the Western border as we cross the seas to these new lands. "Captian Ignis, may I speak with you in private as we go outside." Rain said, nudging his head, inviting the Volcano pokemon for a walk in the town as they gather the town people for a meeting. The voice dripped with malevolence and a heart of evil. "You are nothing without me!""I am not your slave!" The Lucario shouted.Her black eyes darted around. She strangely had more awareness than she usually had in this state. "What are you doing to me spirit?"The Lucarionite spirit's voice lost it's malevolance. "I thought it'd be fun to let you do the killing for once."The poor Lucario shook her head in resistance. "No. I will never!"The Lucarionite spirit tsked her. "I can smell it. The smell of lives that are saturated with energy and vivacity. You ARE going, whether you want to or not."And with that, the Lucario sprinted off in the direction north to a closer kingdom. If they exist its not of the question to weather or not they have combat experience." She was thoroughly enjoying it and not paying much attention to anything else when the ship suddenly stopped, making made her fall over and drop the lettuce which was headed towards the edge. The bunny tried to catch it before it fell over, but she couldn't get to it in time, being less than one second too short. "Aw, man." She said. The Lopunny then realized something was wrong: the ship had stopped moving. She sprang to her feet and looked around. They didn't hit any kind of land. She looked over to where the anchor was, which was still there. Velvet was very confused about what had just happened. "Uh... how and why did we stop?" This did not make any sense to him, then again he wasn't exactly sea savy so he wouldn't know either way. "Any Ideas?" Said Vertex. Xeen then jumped off the side of the ship and into the ocean "I'll see whats wrong, you guys stay here" he said before diving under the waves. (what could be wrong?) "You, Frokie, head in the water to look for Xeen. You're our only water type and please do try and be careful." Zabuza nodded. "Don't worry, I'll be back in no time." He then looked all all around deck "Where's Zabuza?" he asked. hoping that the FROG didn't just jump into SEA WATER. He glanced around, taking note of more or less calm nature of the waves and the fact that the air wasn't choked with the stench of salt. It was always salt when the two of them fought. Every single time Azauqyar had intervened, it had always been the one thing that stuck with him the most. The smell and the raw heat. "So you've awakened...again." He said, scowling. "Then that means it's almost time again...time for another one of your damn bouts..." He considered something though... What if he knocked the big lug out right here and now and just do the same to Groudon whenever he woke up, put them both back into a slumber... stop the battle by incapacitating the combatants before it even started. It would certainly be easy, after all, He could just hit the water with Thunder right now and spray Groudon with Water Pulse and freeze him with Blizzard when the time came... But... no. No... he supposed he should at least wait to here whatever the destructive god had to say before taking any course of action... "Why have you called me, Aquero?" he demanded. Sebastian and Brantyn- Gothitelle and Rhyperior There was a small crowd at the front gates. A young Flygon lay twisted in the sand, his neck bent a full ninety degrees to the rest of his body. His head lulled the wrong way in the sand. A female knelt next to him, eyes filled with fire as she glared up at the massive figure draped in a dessert cloak. The being gave no acknowledgement to her, simply stared down the dirt road... but the wind's rippling fingers revealed a glimpse of golden plates and skin silver as castle forged steel. "What kind of man comes into a town and begins threatening to take hostages!?" "A man who knows what he's after, Sand Witch." He took his Arm Cannon out form the folds of his cloak, aiming the business end directly in her face. the sound of a vortex echoed outwards as he began sucking in air... "Prepare to meet your husband in the After Realms." only to lower it as a few shapes emerged on the horizon. "Well well... looks like I won't have to start killing you one by one afterall..." "It's him..." Sebastian snarled the moment the three of them arrived at the scene. Those Gold plates, that skin, silver as moonlight, those arm cannons... he would never forget them. Could never forget them for as long as he still drew breath. He could never forget the suffering or the screams, he could never forget the fire and the water that tasted of blood... he could never forget the cove. "A monster has descended back upon my people..." Elder whispered, moving forward with his cane. "What do you want this time, you damn beast!? Why have you returned to this place!?" "You know why I am here... Baba." Brantyn removed the hood from his face, sulfuric yellow pupils boring into the old man's soul like horn drills. "You're going to tell me where Groudon is. You're going to give me the Seeing Glass and tell me how I can awaken him." "Why in the Sky Lord's name would you want to awaken that brute?" Sebastian interjected, drawing his staff in close as something began to glow green beneath his robes... "The amount of destruction and chaos it and Kyogre cause whenever they clash... why would you want to speed up the cycle of their slumbers?" "Because... I'm going to kill Groudon." Brantyn grinned, flexing the fingers on his arm cannon. "I am going to strike him down and claim the powers of a god... and then I'm going to go kill a certain little dessert bitch and destroy Azauqyar." He hid his arms again, stepping forward. "The campaign against him and his little protectorate was the only failure I ever had to suffer in my whole career... he destroyed everything, my men, my cavalry, my supplies and my whole damn army... all of it, all in the sweep of one hyper beam... We are trying to build peace here, and all you care about is your ego. I may not be royal, but I had expected to be treated with the same respect that I gave to your kingdom. It seems that power has corrupted you. If your kingdom should ever be in need of help, you can ask us. We are not as petty minded as you. I am leaving now. I will speak with your people. If they wish to join me, I expect you to let them. Some of your citizens must be smart enough to understand the need for this." She said as she stormed out of the castle and announced her intentions to the people. There were a few who wanted to help her but hesitated. She roared at the castle, "Come and see King Shidew, your people are ready to come with me. They await your permission though. What will you do now?" [brandon-Cloyster] Brandon shouted out the commands to his men, and along with the other troops, they moved out of the castle. "Men, remember the kings words. Failure is not an option. We will go west and we will bring the war to the nations in the western lands." The troops were finally ready with the preparations to leave and were waiting for the King to give the order to set forth. The Cloyster and his forces would be the lead, followed by the Lapras and Walrein divisions, carrying the pokemon who couldn't swim. Despite everything that was happening, Brandon had a bad feeling in his stomach. Something did not feel right. He did not voice his concerns to anybody else. You must decide if that is what you want." She said to the King. After that she waited for the guards to approach her. Despite her proclamation to not fight they were worried, and rightly so. He was one of the Pokémon that heard Nessie, the Gyarados that tried to make peace, speak. But just then, King Shidew commanded his soldiers to arrest the peaceful Water/Flying-type. Zaïre's anger was almost uncontrollable. He had hoped that the Kingdom of Magic would be reasonable, but that was obviously not the case. He decided that it was time for him to step out of the shadows. "Pokémon of the Magic Kingdom! Why are you at war currently? Wouldn't all your lifes be much easier if there was peace? Just being able to go everywhere, and not having to be scared to be jumped by enemy warriors? I will follow this Gyarados, because I know that what she says is the right thing, and I hope that you will all see that too, inhabitants of the Kingdom of Magic!" Come forth guards. Take me to your jails. Unlike him, I am not petty. You are doing your jobs. Following orders. That is it. Take me away. I will come peacefully. Look at your king, people. Look at how he treats messengers and a chance to make peace. You should listen to your Queen." The guards surrounded her and they started moving. That was when a Maractus spoke up. "Thank you friend. It seems you have more brains than the king and more courage than these people. Go to the Land Kingdom and tell Lord Rain of this. Tell him I will find my own way out. Not to worry." The actions of the King have left a sour taste with the people. Most of them are grumbling about the treatment of the Gyarados. Some agree with her and have secretly spoken with the Maractus to follow it. The tension in the city is palpable and the guards are worried about the mindset. After the recent issue with the Banette, with Vertex, Titania and Valerie gone as well there wasn't anyone to calm the citizens. A few citizens started bad mouthing the King. The guards had no choice but to arrest those citizens. The citizens refused to go as quietly as Nessie and they attacked the guards. In the scuffle one of the miscreants was killed. The spilling of blood was the last straw. The rest of the citizens had enough. They decided that Shidew has lost his mind to power, and Queen Crystal is the one they want to follow. Mayhem was everywhere as citizens attacked all officials, demanding Shidew hand over control of the Kingdom to Crystal. Penalty: The citizens are revolting. None of them are going to follow the King any more. Even some soldiers and guards are refusing to obey. The only one they want to follow is Queen Crystal. The King has lost control over the city. He began to make his way through the vast crowd of Pokémon, before turning around one last time. "Think very carefully of who you side yourselves with," he said to the whole crowd, "Your king apparently doesn't care about this Gyarados being a peaceful messenger. It is only a question of how he will treat you when your services are no longer required." With that, he turned around and made his way for the Kingdom of Land, proud of what he had done. She on the inside felt exhausted, but the spirit of the Lucarionite was infusing her with a strange magical energy. She couldn't quit running, until she saw the large field. The spirit chuckled. "This looks like a good spot my pretty." The Lucario desperately tried to tug off either one of her gauntlets, anything to get her away from this travesty of a spirit. The gauntlets were tightly worn, she had never taken them off since she received them. She didn't want to hurt anyone, it was the cursed orb that wanted to hurt people. She encountered a rather pitifully small settlement of flying type Pokémon. The birds and bugs of the village seemed at peace with the world, not knowing what was going on. The Lucario didn't want to hurt them. She really didn't. She had no control. Before she could even blink, she felt an icy fist go straight through a Pidgeot. It was her fist, but she didn't DO anything. The cursed orb was playing her like it's puppet. She tore off the head of it's young chick Pidgey that stood right next to it, trying to flee the fate of it's parent, but failed as the Lucario ended it's life in a flash. The Lucario was crying though, but again, she wasn't crying, because her body shed no tears as she committed the shamefully sinful act and proceeded to slaughter every last living thing in the village. I can help you!" She then looks at the Garchomp, awaiting for it to say what is needed. Aquero(Kyogre) Meanwhile, Aquero is making a ruckus of noise north of the Sky Kingdom. "Azauqyar!" it -demands- Dragan-Garchomp The Garchomp admitted "OK, OK, we need help." He turned to the Gabite who called for help and whispered "You might of saved us this time but a Togetic out here? That is unusual so I suspect she is from one of the Kingdom." He turned back to Valerie "You will help us in exchange for protection." Ignis - Entei The captain responded with " Ah, yes because we could theorized how we are related." But as he stepped out of the throne room (If this is ok with you Yash) he had a vision about him and Rain with another dog that looks similar. He responded "The hell what was that? "I knew someone with that evil smile couldn't be trusted." he muttered. "Guards! guards! Squawk!" the crow goes hysterical as he calls out to the guards near him. "Protect this ghost, she under witness protection..she could be our biggest lead yet regarding a huge felony of a certain purple ghost named Alucard.. " Swain commanded the 4 Skarmories to serve as bodyguards of Syni "as for others, make sure no one gets in or out of kingdom, Squawk! " the crow advisor alerted the kingdom and authorize a complete lock down within the castle's vicinity.
