He follows Crystal into the court room.

She starts on healing the group of dragons.

"A war... And mere mortals caused me to wake? Pff.. I'm not interested in fighting with you, but if I'm here, Groudon is bound to wake soon..."

Vertex - Bisharp

"Perhaps it IS possible, For I once heard of a pokemon that is born in space rock" he then gazed at the stars with them. "It is apoke'mon said to rival the power of even Mewtwo" The steel type then looked into the fire and paused for a moment. "They call it.... Deoxus"

[Ragnar]

Swain- Honchkrow

"What is it that you require my aid?" the old crow said to Stratos, as Swain arrives on the scene. "Has been criminal ghost been dealt with? where's Ulkina, is she safe?" Swain asked, worried of the current state of the kingdom.

Rain - Suicune

"Stand-up, messenger.. there's no need to exalt me." Rain humbly said as he picks up the kneeling cacti with his long streamer-like tail. "I'm glad that you find interest my noble cause.. but what's this about? is everything alright at the Magic kingdom? what happened? who are you?" The aurora pokemon asked.

[Yash]

Sky Kingdom [syni-Haunter],[ulkina-Latias],[Alucard-Gengar]

Syni and Ulkina made their way to the city. By that time everything was quiet. On their way inside, Syni told Ulkina to go on alone. She would go look for Alucard. Ulkina went into the castle. Syni slipped past the guards and made her way to where she was supposed to be kept under protection. Only one guard was there. She asked what had happened. It seemed that the guards had already caught Alucard. Shit, this is going down way too fast. I guess I will have to go see what they are doing. She asked the guard to escort her to the trial.

While Ulkina was on her way inside, she realised that the city was very quiet. She asked a nearby guard what had happened. "Well, the mages helped us locate the criminal. We have him captured and he is now being tried at the training ground. We are waiting for the Lord Regent to make his way, after which the trial will commence. You can go and wait with everyone else." At the trial ground, Ulkina met up with Syni. They stood together, not talking. Just waiting.

Alucard was in one of the rooms, heavily guarded by four Hydreigon guards. He was thinking over everything, and could not see the reason for his imprisonment. Sure he had some fun earlier but that shouldn't result in this. Nobody was saying anything, and were treating him as if he was a criminal. Then it struck him. Maybe Syni had been caught and they thought he was somehow her accomplice. He would have to prove to them that he wasn't guilty, and maybe even try to help Syni. He wondered what he could do.

[Aurorix]

Judge - Uxi

The floating pokemon used her psychic abilities to slam her gavel to bring the court to order. "Court is now in session for the events that had taken place just a few moments ago outside the castle. First off, I'd like the gyarados to take the stand and testify about her actions during his time in the kingdom." The Uxi stated to the pokemon in the court.

Eve (Eevee)

Eve was patrolling outside of the Courthouse with a small part of her forces, when a Wingull came down and spoke to her.

"I request an audience with Queen Crystal and King Shidew, for I bring a message from Lord Otto."

Eve shook her head.

"I am terribly sorry, but they are currently busy and cannot be contacted at the moment. However, if you wait with me until they're available, you can deliver your message then."

[Nessie-Gyarados]

Nessie was brought up to testify. "Judge, I came to this Kingdom as an envoy of Lord Rain. We are starting a peacekeeping force and needed soldiers and healers. My mission was to recruit any volunteers for the same. When I was granted an audience, I directed my attention to the good Queen Crystal since she is known to support the peace. This offended King Shidew, who then dismissed me and demanded that Lord Rain come personally to meet him. He also gave me a water gem to present to Lord Rain. As if that were not an insult, he said he would not speak with a pacifist group. His behaviour and lack of respect angered me. I admit I threw the crystal at him. Then I stormed out and asked the public to join me. That isn't something that I should have been arrested for, but the King still did so. After that I was brought here." Nessie finished her statement, waiting for the judge to say something else.

Water Kingdom

"Sire, if I may. There was an incident before Lord Rain came to meet us, rather it was why he came there." The Gyarados explained the entire situation to the King of the Water Kingdom, including the fight with Kruga and the threat to the tribe. "Nessie has asked me to request this of you, though I oppose the idea. She wishes to strike a deal with the Sky Kingdom. They forgive my tribe, and in exchange they can punish her as they see fit. She is going to ask the Magic Kingdom to help facilitate the deal. I believe she intends to give up her life. I request that you send your messenger to the Sky Kingdom and ask them to forgive us and spare her. Her parents had fought in your army. So I can only hope you will try and help her. Thank you for your time and generosity, sire. I will not waste any more of it." The Gyarados knew he was intruding on the King's time but this was his final statement. He left quickly after that. He spoke to the people of the Kingdom and gathered a rather large sized and widely varied group, including a whole bunch of Azumaril, Vaporeon, Clawitzer and Lotad. They all made their way to the Land Kingdom. Overall, it was a successful mission.

(The peacekeeping force now has a wide pool of water type pokemon.)

Rain- Suicune

"Yes I have the same vision too..It seems we're a part of a divine circle..wanderers in our own rights.." Rain said with a serious tone, agreeing with Ignis that has the same vision. "as we answer to a higher power, higher than any kings of this world....a rainbow peacock that can revive the dead.. " Rain interpret his flashback.

"But enough about that, let's appoint to the matters at hand.." Rain changes the topic, just in time as the king has finished his speech and the kingdom roared with cheer.

"Your kingdom is too fragile settle a peace treaty at this moment and your king seems to go an alternate route of dealing with the basin pokemon.." Rain continues.

"My only request is come join me along with your man in preserving the peace in this world... I'm not saying you should abandon your position as the captain of the land kingdom, but when the time comes, when these legends met...where will you stand? we're just mere ants in this colossal event that is happening..think about it..." Rain said as he leaves Ignis without waiting for his response.

Rain roams the town and goes to Ursa as he noticed the cacti speaking his name. "What's going on here?" Rain said with a clear voice to Ursa, briefly looking at the dessert plant.

Ignis - Entei (Curse you school plus brain)

The captain thought about when the 2 legends collide, will he join Rain temporarily or not. What more was the mysterious pokemon in both his vision and rain`s vision. `Maybe I should join him when I find out about the pokemon with us.`thought Ignis. The captain turned to the king and spoke `Your majesty, what is my new orders considering commander Rader is in the fields as requested. Maybe get Dragan.`

Dragan - Garchomp

The bunch got the healing and recovering from the Valerie. The champion spoke ``Thank you, now we go back like nothing happened but the your king or queen about considering an alliance with with us or even forgive us.` The champion turned back to the gabites and commanded `We head back to the forest and tell the king about the report. The sneasels should be at the forest or on the borders as planned.`The bunch walked back to the border.

[Sutoratosu]

Azauqyar- Rayqauza

He descended in silence from the clouded sky above, wisps of white and gray breaking up beneath his massive body. There had been no time to finish his talk with Aquero, but for now he had simply... asked the other god to try to keep his activities to a minimum. Groudon was a beast he'd have to deal with in it's own time.

For, right now... there was obviously more immediate business that needed tending to. Stratos approached him and Lt.Dravius the moment he saw them returning, explaining the entirety of the situation... all the while followed by a group of Xatu and Sigilyph. In fact... there were many Xatus present at the trial. Something that Stratos had insisted upon. Truth would reign this day... as it always did whenever criminals were tried in their nation. whatever it may be.

"I think it safe to presume from the looks of this... you have captured the Phantom?" Azauqyar was moving closer to the trial, both the officers following closely.

"Aye, my lord." Stratos said. "He's under lock and key at long last, held in a cell and guarded by members of the former God Corps. We found him huddled in one of the caves used for nesting by Crobats and Noiverns. We also have an Odd Keystone prepared, should there be sufficient evidence to prove his guilt beyond reasonable doubt."

"Good." the Elder Dragon nodded. Then turning to the makeshift court itself as the soldiers both flew off to their stations. "Are the proceedings ready to begin? Where is the accused?"

[TyranntX]

Krusher -Tyrantrum.

"I need you all here util our forces replenish them selves. once that happesn I need you to gather all they fire, ground, and rock types we have" The Emperor then looked out the window of his chambers. as he gazed at the horizon he spoke calmly "Groudon is powerful, but we are not to kill him. Either we convince him to join our ranks or sooth him back to his eons of slumber" He then turned back to his captain. "Those are your orders, go take care of them"

Alucard's Trial

"He is being brought here right now sir." The crier, a Noivern answered the Lord. The guards outside his room opened the door. "Get moving." Without any further instructions, he moved with them. It seems they were on their way to the training grounds and a large crowd had gathered. Alucard could see the giant Salamence and the Emerald Dragon easily among them. Throughout his journey, not a single sound was heard. He looked into the crowd, trying to spot Ulkina, but to no avail. He did manage to see a Lucario, which he thought was odd, but by then he was brought and placed in front of Azauqyar and Stratos.

The Noivern then started, in the loudest voice he could manage. "This spirit, by the name of Alucard, has been brought here today to face justice for his crimes. The charges against him are as follows. Firstly, befriending Lady Ulkina under false pretences of being her brother and hypnotising her. Next, scheming in the murder of our King, Lord Kruga. Next, scheming to take control of the Sky Kingdom by hypnotising Lord Eric. Finally, a charge of intimidation has been filed against him by the Kingdom, on behalf of the witness, Syni the Haunter."

All through the narration, Alucard was quiet. He thought these people have all gone mad. It was only when the final charge was brought up that it struck him exactly what had happened. He had been played by Syni. It suddenly became clear to him. The hypnosis, her acts and plotting. All of it became absolutely apparent. All through this he stayed silent, trying to think of a way to expose the truth.

Ignis - Entei

Ignis responded " Yes, your Jawiness." He left the throne room and on his way the barracks, he thought about the Rain's quote "Maybe, in another life, we were friends but something tells me, we were more than friends. More like the legendary trio whose legend for some reason I can't remember. Maybe when the beast comes, I will join Rain and find that mysterious pokemon that oddly looks similar to us." IN THE BARRACKS The captain called out the usual bunch except with Emboars, Golems, Tyranitars, Excadrills, Semictoad, Aurorus, Tyrantrum that were not the king's size and Dragonites. Ignis spoke "Soldiers, something that we all has been dreading for 50 years has finally rises from its slumber, and its name is Groudon but the plan is either drive it back to it slumber or befriend. The penalty for driving it back is Kyroge, enough said. Now. ARE YOU READY TO ENDURE THE FIGHT OF YOUR LIVES?!" yelled Ignis. The troops cheered and the captain said "Now await for your orders, go train of the upcoming fight." He went to the throne room and asked " Your majesty. the troops are ready. I added some dragonites in case. Orders?"

Azauqyar and Stratos- Rayquaza and Salamence

The Regent glanced to his champion, giving a simple nod. Without a word between the two, Stratos strode forward in the air, his emerald armor gleaming in the late afternoon sunlight as the sun was beginning to set overhead. He gazed down at the Phantom, fire in his eyes as he began to rehearse the Preliminary Court Proceedings

"Alucard the Wraith, The charges bared against you currently hold the penalty of death for mortals... and permanent imprisonment for beings of an ethereal nature and therefore undying nature. How do you plead to the crimes you are accused of? Speak."

[Yash]

Alucard's Trial

"I plead not guilty." Alucard was staring the Salamence in it's face, knowing what he had to do. It is the only way. The only possible way they will hear me out. He turned to look at the Emerald God. "Lord, you are being tricked. We all are. Please hear me out." I can only hope that the Sky dragon will believe me. If not, then I will have to demand a trial by combat.

Azauqyar- Rayquaza

The regent simply hovered there above the proceedings, eyes staring right at the phantom. There was... impartiality there. Something a great few would've likely been surprised by if they saw it. Stratos and Dravius both raised an eyebrow when the God gave his answer.

"Very well then. The arguments for the Defense may begin. Speak, Alucard. For regardless of what you say or do not say, the truth will eventually prevail here this eve, one way... or another."

Both the Champion and the Officer alike just stared at him like he was mad... though Stratos quickly quelled the glare, retreating back to his position. Dravius just glared at the phantom...

Krusher -Tyrantrum

"We begin our search at Dawn" He said. the took out a map once more "We will first look all over the known region. if We don't find the Behemoth's Den we may have no choice but to seek out the new world again" He then then looked out the window to where the docs used to be and where a new one was being built by fighting type poke'mon "Normally when seeking out ground types i'd ask that we'd have water types aid us in case things go south. bur we are up against Groudon, The one who forged the mass we stand on" He then put the map away and looked to his captain "Give our warriors their final briefing, then come seek me out and we will star our search"

[Alucard-Gengar]

Alucard let out a sigh of relief. "What you have accused me of is falsehood. I have done so such things. Ulkina chose to travel with me. She chose me as her brother. I can already guess why you think I am a criminal. I have been accused of treachery by Syni the Haunter, but the truth is that she is the one pulling the strings. When we had first come to the city, King Kruga offered us a place in his army. I had briefly considered it, but she go into an argument with him and let off a thunderbolt at him. The very one which paralysed him in his final battle. After that not much of interest happened till I was speaking with Lord Eric. Syni dragged me away from the Lord and begged me not to say a word about the incident with the King. She said that the guards wanted to punish me because of my antics. Little did I know, she hypnotised me and had me hide in the cave where I was found. I only realised her plot now, when you accused me of threatening her. I blindly trusted her due to her frail act, but she is the mastermind behind this. My Lord, give me a chance to face my true accuser."

Ignis- Entei

The captain responded "Yes, your majesty." On the way to the training grounds where he had commanded the troops to go, he though about Rain and how he is related to him "Maybe why we are related in aura is we look similar but different callings like Rain wish for peace while I am captain of a kingdom that has took a queen of hostage. I wonder why I am doing this.Why?"

IN THE GROUNDS

The captain called out the troops that were going to the mission and spoke " The king had said, we march at dawn and look over of the known region but if we don't find the den, we will go to the new kingdoms and look there. Now, I say it again. ARE YOU READY TO DO BATTLE WITH A GOD!?" The troops chanted " FOR THE LAND KINGDOM!" "Now to follow me." He waited for the king

Krusher - Tyrantrum

He started to make his way to the training grounds and looked upon his exploration forces. "Warriors! For the next several days we are to seek out the The Behemoth." he roared out. the Mighty king paused for a moment "Groudon is without question a powerful god of a poke'mon. If you are to have any hope of survival youmust eliminate all fear from you body" He said. "If you feel that you can not do so... I ask you to leave now. I wish not for you to be harmed"

Azauqyar and Stratos- Rayquaza and salamence

Again, he looked to the Champion, eyes still impartial. Stratos turned his gaze to the crowd, opening his mouth and bellowing loud enough for everyone and everyone's mother to hear.

"Night Corps! Bring Syni the Huanter forward to the trial area! We shall have the truth of this matter!"

Meanwhile around where Syni and Ulkina both sat, a number of hydreigons had gathered, eyes like burning coals as they glowered at the Ghost type expectantly...

[Darvan Korematsu]

Aria (Lucario)

Aria heard the sounds of rejoicing guards, that they found the ghost she heard about earlier named Alucard. Apparently he was accused of high treason or something along the lines of conspiracy against this kingdom. She decided to go to it to take her mind off the spirit of the Lucarionite. It had lay dormant for a good amount of time.

She passed through the two sergeants in arms guarding the courtroom without a second look from them. There looked like at least a good few hundred watching. The judge came forward and presented the charges: hypnosis, attempted kidnapping, conspiracy against the crown, and treason. Fairly common charges where she came from, or used to come from.

She faded out a little when the Gengar pleaded to a not guilty statement. The judges and the accused started to ramble on about why they were right, and then a ghostly voice intruded upon her thoughts.

"Mmm," the voice said, making a noise similar to smacking lips. "That icky little ghost. It's just irradiating power. Too bad it isn't of the flesh."

Aria's eyes widened. She needed to leave before the spirit got any bad ideas. "Now is not the time or place for this," she whispered to the spirit.

"Ooh my pretty. Just you wait and see. I'll find something to snack on. Those two big and scary dragons over there I'm sure you can take."

Aria started breathing rapidly. "That's asinine. It's suicide."

The spirit of the orb chuckled again. "Maybe I'll need to show you how much power I really possess."

Aria gripped her seat tightly. She could feel her vision darkening again. Were her eyes going black?

[Yash]

[syni-Haunter]

She knew if she was going to survive she would have to play things coolly. She followed the Hydreigon and went forward. She could feel all eyes on her. She went and stood in the middle of it all. "My Lord, he is evil. Even in his final moment he wishes to harm me. He had sworn to take his revenge on me if I should betray him, and now he is trying to do that by dragging me into this, with his crazy stories." She looked away and tried her best to act convincingly.

[Alucard-Gengar]

Alucard saw her now. The trickster, he thought. Even now it seems that she will not give up the facade. I guess this will have to result in a trial by combat. I should prepare myself for it. "Only you can decide who is truthful sir." With that Alucard stood silent. Staring at all those around him.

Velvet (Lopunny)

"Deoxys?" Velvet closed her eyes as she thought about that name. She knows that she's heard it before. "Oh, yeah. That's the pokemon that came from that meteor that hit a while back, right? I knew that I heard that name before. Not only was it as powerful as Mewtwo, but it was also considered even more dangerous because of the fact that it could change into any one of its four forms if I remember correctly."

[Sutoratosu]

Azaqyuar- Rayquaza

"Enough." The god said, seeing that this would obviously be a pointless game of back and forth if he allowed them to actually continue the debate. He could just end it now... consult the various Xatu's positioned around the place, have them glimpse into the past... but no. That would be too easy a way out. For both Alucard... and Syni. Someone was lying here. And the Sky Lord had had enough of the antics. And besides... Syni might have been right, for he himself could sense something within the Gengar. A darkness. And evil. A greed that corrupted all it touched. He could sense something else too. Something similiar. but something far weaker, at least from where he was now... but regardless, the focus here was the Gengar.

"There will be no more talking." He continued, looking at them both in turn... something stirring in his eyes. Both Stratos and Dravius looked at him. "No... no... there will be no more talking. One of you is lying. One of you wants to see this land fall and her people dead. And if I allow you to sit here and argue this way and that way, we will be here all night." He hovered outward, positioning himself in between the two ghosts... glowering at them both. "So this, is how we shall deal with the situation. Given the heinous nature of the Charges... this shall be a trial by combat. The battle only ends when one of you has either been completely wiped out of existence entirely...or concedes defeat." He hovered back to his place. "IF YOU ARE TRULY INNOCENT, FIGHT LIKE YOUR EXISTENCE DEPENDS ON IT! FOR NOW IT TRULY DOES! BEGIN!"

Quite honestly though... he intended to seal them both inside the Key Stone, regardless of how this went... just to be safe.

Velvet (Lopunny)

"Correct, I even heard that the two poke'mon even fought with each other in battle." He paused for a moment. and looked back up at the stars "Needless to say Mewtwo was the victor in that tale. but since may regard him as a myth we have no way of finding out what really happened that day" he then sptoped for a moment and looked off into the darkness. "hang on... do you guys here that?" said the steel type

off into the distance is the sound of fighting. looks like there may be poke'mon here after all. or maybe something else for that matter.
