Where and how do i catch mukrow and how do i getthe dusk stone?

Murkrow can be found in the Aqua Gang's Alleyway Hideout at Night, when it is Windy. I forgot at what point you'll be able to encounter it, but I believe some point after fighting Shelly you'll be able to get it.

You can choose between the Team Magma gang and the Team Aqua Gang once you enter Lapis Ward, but if you choose to join the Magma Gang, you'll have to wait until beating Shelly for access to the Aqua Gang, where Murkrow is.

Just caught a Murkrow myself. Confirming Lapis alleyway, windy, night. Can't tell you whether or not you have to beat Shelly but keep in mind theres an earlier quest in the gang storyline that you can miss. Good luck.

The Dusk Stone you can first get is somewhere in the Railnet, in the train track puzzle's dark rooms.

If you side with the Aqua Gang, you can obtain it once you gain access to the Lapis Ward. If you side with the Magma Gang, you must first route the Aqua members from their alley to gain access to it. The quest to route the opposing gang becomes available immediately after Shelly's defeat.
