Donkeykong98123 Posted May 16, 2015 Share Posted May 16, 2015 After escaping the jail in Goldenleaf Town I got told to go to Wispy Tower, but there's nothing in Wispy Tower and there's nothing in Wispy Forest except the black and red tanks and some grunts.
