Deepseatooth?

Hello I've been looking for a Deepseatooth and there supposed to be on red basculin but I haven't been able to find one, I'm using a fainted pokemon with Compound Eyes in first slot then my Frisk pokemon in 2nd, I've seen 6 Deepseascales and 2 heart scales but still no tooth I was wondering if it's just really bad luck or if something else was going on.

There will be one available in episode 15... However you can get one now I think. While diving make sure to pay extra close attention to the "rocks" below you as you move... Some of them may look like they have cave entrances. Make sure you explore every mountain too.

I got mine off a wild Carvanha. You can find them in the Aqua Gang Hideout and use the Good Rod in the area behind where Arc used to stand at.
