Which starter should i choose for my 2nd run.

So i've done a test run through the game (i picked Chimchar as my starter) and i've got to Angie. I want to do a 2nd run while waiting for Version 6. I want to you guys to decide for me who to choose. If Cyndaquil wins, i will play on version 4 to get his Eruption early.

I'd say Torchic, but that's boo boo and is so easy to use. Go for Chimchar, cause high speed and Dual STAB when it evolves into Infernape helps out more than a single STAB Eruption, IMO

I put Cyndaquil in there because he has a special place in my heart (started playing in gen 2). And since i've run through the game with Infernape already, i know how strong it is. I'm afraid it'll get a little bit boring using him all over again.

I don't know why anyone would pick mudkip since it's available in an overworld event after you get surf.

The thing is you can get mudkip mid game, well end of Version 5. And I used torchic with speed boost. I breezed through the game with bulk up/ speed boost.

Torterra + STAB Earthquake = WRECK EVERYTHING

Too bad it only gets EQ at level 32. No breezing through Venam or Keta.
