Masterball

The Master Ball hasn't been a game-breaking mechanic in any generation. I find it very likely we'll see it's introduction into the game at some point. I mean, why not?

Maybe the Devon Corp. got a hold of the Masterball monopoly. And they don't sell anything.

And maybe they work with Team Meteor and Inuki. So, Team Meteor has all the masterballs.

Lin probably has at least one on her at all times for the shiny Magikarp.

Or knowing Ame, you might get one after you complete the Pokedéx

I'll laugh really hard if we find out that masterball is held by Arceus when you catch it, but you need to have battled all the other legendary pokemon to have the chance to fight him

I can see it happening. All it does is save you a few hours of resetting. Once a pokemon is available in the game, it's just a matter of restarting until you manage to catch it, just like any pokemon game. If we get a master ball, it'll just save me the 70+ ultra balls I'd have to use to capture a legendary that I would have gotten inevitably anyway. It's a staple in pokemon games at this point, I don't see why Ame wouldn't add it eventually. I would probably used mine to capture that Beldum in all honesty.
