Shuppet location and acquisition

Im doing a ghost monorun right now, got some ghost starters to start off with and i remembered that i never really found shuppet before, and since this is a monorun i need as much ghosts as possible. So anyone know where he is (i know after flobot, i mean location) and what are the requirements for him to appear?

Shuppet is available by talking to a specific gravestone in Beryl Cemetery at night.
