Pokemon Rejuvenation (Need Help At Third Gym)

So, I just started to get into playing Pokemon Rejuvenation. I am at the third gym where I fight Marianette, and i'm completely stuck. My current Team is Blaziken, Vanillish, Toxicroak, Greninja, and woobat, and I have a level 29 pancham but he sucks so I dont really use him. I have a ton of advantage over this gym, yet it seems that Slaking can not be beat. My strongest fighting move for blaziken is double kick which does no damage whatsoever. Then it has blaze kick, but for some reason it keeps missing. My toxicroak has revenge, but slaking earthquakes literally my whole entire team and one shots it. Except for Swoobat which gets one shotted by night shade or something. Anyway, I can't beat him for the life of me, and the one time I have I was down to my last pokemon with like 1HP

For future reference, there's a thread for this here. If you're playing on Normal (Reborn) difficulty then your Toxicroak should be able to destroy a lot of her Pokemon. I'd suggest getting a Granbull and using it to lower the Wigglytuff's attack with Intimidate and a few Charms. Then just switch out to Toxicroak and set up Bulk Ups and then Sucker Punch her team.

Well first off if you're still using woobat, you might want to evolve it. Even so it still won't be doing much against Marianette. I also suggest using Granbull it evolves early and intimidate + charm works great on her pokes like wigglytuff, swellow, and slaking. And what would this be if I didn't recommend Makuhita? It has natural bulk and hits hard. You can find it in Sheridan village and its definitely worth it no question

Also, it seems that slaking is quicker then my pokemon. I don't understand why either

Exactly why you should use Toxicroak and Sucker Punch! :P

Believe me, on normal difficulty with a few Bulk Ups I KO'd 5/6 of her Pokemon. Only reason I was not able to sweep her entire team was because I used Sucker Punch on her first 5 Pokemon and ran out of PP for it (it never failed mind you, her Pokemon always tried to attack my Toxicroak). Her last Pokemon outsped my Toxicroak and fainted it but I still had 5 Pokemon in the back. Toxicroak shines in this gym, you will definitely want to use it in conjunction with Granbull.

Torkoal can learn Curse and Protect, so I was able to set up on Wigglytuff, then just attack Slaking with Flame Wheel and Protect. I guess you might be able to set up on Slaking if you just Protect yourself from it's attacks and use Curse whenever Slaking can't move.

A gloom actually does well against her Slaking as well. As long as it can survive hits you can giga drain+ sleep powder it to death. Or just toxic it and spam pots/giga drain till it dies. Btw you can sweep with Blaziken pretty much like i did with stacking blow + speed boost.

The OP has most likely beaten Marianette, judging by the fact that this was made in June.
