When and where can I get fossils?

Hello everyone, I am Sakuya and I'm doing a Monotype Run of the Rock Types ( Pretty hard type considering not many Rock Type pokemons can be found! ). So I've been wondering when can I get fossils to build up my Monotype to prevent strong weaknesses ( aka, Water Types, Grass Types, Ground Types, etc. ). Mind if you guys, the Reborn Community help me out? Just in case you guys, the Reborn Community wants to know how far I am in the game, I'm at Corey's Gym. Just grinding up and possibly wanting to get more pokemons for the run.

You can mine fossils. You get the mining kit after you get rock smash and you go down the Grand Stairway so I am guessing from where you are, this is later.

Most can be found by mining (mining kit obtainable in under the grand stairway (requires rock smash))

Plume+cover by doing agate circus puzzles

Sail+jaw can be found on a sidequest at 7street TPP cult building (requires helix fossil)

Fossils can be revived in spinel town (1000/fossil)

Only the fossils from gen 1-4 can be mined up, so you need the Mining Kit from below the Grand Staircase (northern end), for which you need Rock Smash (top of the southeastern staircase), for which you need Shelly's Badge. For Cover/Plume, there's the Agate slidy puzzles and an event inthe Spinel museum with 2 Meteor Grunts. Jaw and Sail are gotten from the Order of the Helix sidequests.
