I went to the saloon in Obsidia to get vulpix but the lady just gave me a Soothe Bell instead of a Vulpix running away. To where it was moved? '-' Only if you pick a FEMALE Growlithe. Don't forget it. Pick a female Growlithe, breed an egg and give it to the cop. Don't pick a male, 'cause you'll have to wait 'till Ditto to grab the mystery egg. Btw, the new riddle the clown says is very easy. It's a pokemon only available before Agate, though. And a Pokemon giving birth to another Pokemon would be weird Especially for a Skitty that could give you a Wailmer egg It's like... two minutes of soft reseting, tops.
