Reignited'Light Posted June 7, 2015 Share Posted June 7, 2015 EVs and IVs are all important to determine a pokemon's highest potential. However, IVs are not manipulable like EVs are, so if you have bad IVs, you can't really do much about it. It's not the end of the world though, as you can always EV train in whatever stat you want, and still have a powerful pokemon, offensively or defensively.
