If not the Staraptor it is Starly has a 1/18 chance of being your Mystery Gift, but that's it. If you want, you could breed those Staraptor on Route 3 for one. 0 Fumble Posted June 9, 2015 Share Posted June 9, 2015 In Jasper Ward (after second Gym, before third Gym), if you find all 5 Police Officers, they will give you a Growlithe. A Police Officer will trade you a Mystery Egg for a Growlithe Egg, so make sure to get a female Growlithe to breed with! Anyways, if you hatch the egg, one of the possible Pokemon you can get is Starly, but there are 18 Pokemon that you can get all together, so you'll need some luck.
