0 friebz Posted June 9, 2015 Share Posted June 9, 2015 You can also get Togepi by switching over to Episode 9 in Coral Ward and answering the man's questions in one of the houses. However this process is not recommended due to the fact that switching over games can screw up your save file and is an illegitimate way of obtaining an already axed Pokemon.
