Oracle Posted June 10, 2015 Share Posted June 10, 2015 (edited) Trying to get a Dragalge with the following moveset: Dragon Pulse Hydro Pump Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave Thunderbolt So I was trying to get Thunderbolt on my Skrelp, so I bred a female Skrelp with a male Stunfisk (which knew Thunderbolt, having learned it at level 45), and the resulting Skrelp did not have Thunderbolt.
