(Spoilers)Policemen in Beryl/Jasper

So after seeing stuff about the new eggs in Reborn, i decided to go back and get all the police officers that i hadn't gotten before in order to acquire the growlithe. However, i ran into a slight problem... according to the locations in this guide i cannot find the remaining policemen.

I have made sure that i have not already collected the growlithe, as it is not in my box and the police officers still speak as though at least one is missing. here are all of the locations that they should be in

Growlithe I presume is supposed to join me

East of Pokemon Center

East of Malchous Forest

Cage in Cave

Crevice Where glowlithe/ dead PO should be

Near second tangrowth PULSE

Any help would be appreciated!

That Growlithe is supposed to be walking around. The one you get is supposed to be stationary at the top by the bookshelf.

You mean 3, right? The one in Beryl Ward. Answer is no. There's actually a split story event depending on if you found all the Police before destroying the PULSE in Taka and ZEL's double battle.

If you're in the house you should be able to get the officer. If I remember correctly there is something that you can walk on which doesn't look like you should be able to walk on it (at least to me).
