In my opinion, it means that Team Meteor is about to raise the stakes again, and perhaps it's time for the earthquakes to return. Of course, that's just a theory. But next time, we will most likely fight on a really hard battle, likely a new turning point on the journey. And the heart of Reborn is probably the Grand Hall, center of the city, of the region, were Ame who fixed the city the first time still rules the city.
