I'm surprised I'm the first to say this, but there's a man named Nyu in a house in North Adventurine Woods over run with Pikachu who you can give sweet things and he'll give you Honey in return. I think the cheepest sweet think you can give him is Peppermint iirc, which you obtain from the candy shop.

Nyu is great for honey. Give him candy or ice cream and he will both heal your pokemon and give you honey.

How do i get to his house? Like what entrance to the woods do i use?

One with a Hiker at the left. There are two with a Hiker I think. He'll also heal you without taking Candy from you.

Try giving him two Blue Moon Ice Creams

After you do this, I don't think he gives you Honey anymore.
