It'd be a pretty casual thing; I'm actually thinking of making it a jump-in RP, rather than requiring formal signups. I personally like the setting because it's already got obvious things to do and you can have people operating as independently as they feel like without disrupting flow. On the topic of actually running it, I would (as the primary host) run anything people didn't feel like running, but the hunter who took the quest (initiates the hunt and chooses the monster) could control it for anyone they brought with. I think that will help the setting a lot more. Monster Hunter would be difficult to make an RP around so a plot would be the best thing for it I feel. MonHun has never been a plot-heavy game; it's literally just "go kill this critter because I need it done for x reason." I guess I could try a serious one but I can't think of a plot atm. Flux Posted June 13, 2015 Share Posted June 13, 2015 I actually thought about doing one of these last year, though I never thought there was anyone else around here interested in MH for the longest time, so I didn't. I had a few plot points that I thought of using, but I never went deep into developing them.
