0 primrose Posted June 14, 2015 Share Posted June 14, 2015 only during hail. actually, i don't believe hail is required. it just has to be nighttime. to answer your actual question, the reason you couldn't catch absol here was because absol was doing what it usually does: foretell doom. an absol will also appear right before you enter Corey's gym for the first time. It is exactly because of this: because absol was doing what it usually does: foretell doom. and because Absol is kinda the mascot of Reborn, so yeah.
