Whats with nuzleaf?

So I did the event to get a nuzleaf and I was training it when i went to search up what moves it learns by lvl up but when I looked all the moves were different then what i had or i was supposed to get the moves i had at a much later(http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-xy/274.shtml). Also I got a shiny one(im not sure if one of the nuz were supposed to be shiny or if i was lucky) and the shiny sprites from the original game and here were the same even tho i was told all of them r changed from their original shiny sprites. Was this stuff done purposely?

A: Reborn follows ORAS movesets, not XY. (If there are any mistakes, you should report them in Bug Reporting!)

B: Not all Pokemon had their Shinies changed. The ones good enough were kept, like Greninja, I believe. I don't know if Nuzleaf was one of them, however. (Also, you just got lucky!)

I checked and the moves learnt from lvl up are still different. mine knows leaf blade when it doesnt say anywhere that it learns that move.

Also if this is confirmed not to be purposly changed can someone move this post to bug reporting pls.

In ORAS, Nuzleaf learns Leaf Blade at Level 28.
