Kiryuu
I would like to know, do you have to hatch the egg to know if the Poke is shiny? or the egg will be in the shiny colored form when you receive it? Ms. Poptart stated they had that feature for the developers but it got release to the public with this feature. IDK if this feature is still in the game and Ms. Poptart corrected it, and remove it. Anyone have some insight about this?
Vlado Vladimir
In episode 14, no. I got like 4 shinies, and the eggs had the same colour as non shinies, I'm not quite sure about episode 15, but don't think so. EDIT: Ok, I need to learn to read first... anyway, I'm gonna breed like a maniac tonight. Edited June 21, 2015 by Vlado Vladimir
Etesian
There's been no 15.1 update or anythign as far as I know, so it should still be a thing, but don't quote me.
1ofthe4rocketbros
I was curious about this too, which is why I checked each of my eggs in the PC when breeding Feebas. I did not see any indication of any of the Pokemon being shiny but one of them still hatched a shiny Feebas

Hypa
if you move the poke's to the box they have a shiny star in the bottom right hand corner i dont believe there are any shiny sprites especially for eggs yet

Developers Samtale Posted June 21, 2015 Developers Share Posted June 21, 2015 Dont know if shiny eggs are really needed its fun to get a suprise now and then
Administrators Amethyst Posted June 22, 2015 Administrators Share Posted June 22, 2015 The eggs were never shiny colored in the first place. We don't have the graphics for that, and I don't expect to. The star in the PC was a bug, not a feature, much like the PC used to display the types of the Pokemon an egg would hatch into.
