Numel at Train Station

So I know there's supposed to be a Numel at the blown up train station during rain/thunderstorm. However, when I go to the train station, I don't see it there. I'm doing a mono-ground run, so I kinda need it for the early game haha.

Is my game glitched, am I doing something wrong, or was the event removed?

Or something else entirely?

Any info would be great, thanks!

You are playing Ep. 15 now, correct? I believe Numel was removed in Ep. 15 from the Peridot Ward.

Numel is still there, splaying splatoon so can't see the details, will edit later.

You need to have Beaten Julia and it to be a rainy night to get Numel. I got mine last night in this exact way because I fealt like restartung in episode 15 with a mono fire run
