No shiny at the moment, and I know how difficult it is to catch it. Make sure you bring a ghost type so its Take Down's don't make contact. Yeah, I predicted that, so I brought a Ghastly with me (Ghost type plus it carries Hypnosis). 0 Lord Drakyle Posted June 28, 2015 Share Posted June 28, 2015 I know the struggle of Shiny Beldum...even more so because I only use poke balls so was only thing I had, I wish you the best of luck with that Shiny Beldum and even more luck catching it, you will have little more than 20 attempts to catch it with a Ghost type out unless it's asleep or paralyzed. Its been 5 hours straight and I've only encountered 2 shinys (they struggled to death). I caught a Skorupi and thought it False Swipe, hope this works... Edit: Flase Swipe was just stupid. I actually managed to get Shiny Kricketot in 2 SRs while looking for a better nature for it. xD It all depends on luck, and if the RNG deities will allow it.
