I Have two;

Cheap Shot Impale

Type: Dark Type: Steel

Category: Physical Category: Physical

PP:10-20 PP:10

Power: 50 Power: 70

Acc: 95% Acc: 90 The user fiercely stabs the opponent with its Horns, claws, etc. This attack ignores and removes defense buffs.

The user viciously attacks the opponent's weak spot or previous injuries. This attack always results in a critical hit.

I felt like we needed some more critical hitting moves and something to kill physical tanks.

Not a move, but a status condition I think should happen:

Terrified

Halves your Pokemon's Special Attack and will cause them to occasionally be unable to attack, like Paralysis. Basically Attract with Burn effect on Special Attack. Remains throughout the entire battle even if the Pokemon is recalled, but ends after the entire fight is over.

Sound broken but very useful too

IDK if you played PMD, but that status is horrible. It needs to wear off after a certain time or once a PKMN is switched out. In that case it's 700% broken

Category: Special

Accuracy: 100

Effect:

Vacuum Storm deals damage and has a 10% chance of causing the foe to flinch. If used on a Fire-type Pokémon, this move ignores the type effectiveness of this move's type against Fire and treats it as being super effective against Fire types instead (even during Inverse Battles and even if its type is changed). It wouldn't cause them to run away like in MD. Think Paralyze effect + Burn on Sp. Atk, but with no slowdown or added damage. And immune types would be Fighting, Psychic, and Dark.

For an actual move...

Afterburn

Fire type

Power: 80

Accuracy: 90%

Hits for full damage on the first turn, then hits for half-damage on the next turn unless the Pokemon switches out. Type-effectiveness applies for second hit as well.

Notable users: (Definitely more than I listed)

-Slugma, Macargo

-Typhlosion

- Magmar, Magmortar

-Torkoal

-Heatmor

-Heatran

Tune Up

Steel type

Pow:--

Acc:--

PP: 20

The user takes some time to fix itself and make itself stronger. It heals 33.3% of the HP and it raises attack and speed by one stage. It will have no effect if at full HP and if in a pinch, it will only heal 50% HP.

@ Stratos - Scizor gets three nice moves, and two of them are boosted by Technician. The Vacuum Shield move is a little broken though since it completely nullifies fire-type attacks, I believe? I think it should half their damage rather than completely nullifying them. Sounds so broken as it is, lol.

@ Darvan Korematsu - Metagross will finally get a great set-up move! :o

@ YagamiNoir4896 - Does Technician boosts all three separate hits? Ouch...

Okay,

I took out Mega Launcher boost from my Molten Shrapnel attack. Doesn't seem like the attack that would get boosted by Mega Launcher.

Here's my new move!

might as well.

Corrosion

Type: Poison

Category: Special

PP: 20 (32)

Power: 70

Accuracy: 100%

It has 10% chance to poison. This move will hit Steel type Pokemon super effectively.

Basically a poison version of Freeze-Dry.

EDIT: While we at it...

Soul Strike

Type: Fighting

Category: Physical

PP: 20 (32)

Power: 70

Accuracy: 100%

It has 10% chance to flinch. This move will hit Ghost type Pokemon super effectively.

Yeah, that too. I guess some moves that screw up with type immunities would be fun. Of course, like Freeze-Dry, these moves could be taught only by a handful of Pokemon.

@ Jaromir - I've actually read a move very similar to your Corrosion move on GameFAQs. I first thought of it as really cool. And your move Soul Strike is so kickass, I love it. Very neat idea.

Heart's Echo

Eclipse Shine (Alternatively, Shadow's Cry)

@ Spi - Heart's Echo is just a name. It's not intended to be a sound move, but I guess it might make sense. Single target, because it's already pretty powerful. i don't know, balance isn't something I'm good at.

@ Myst - I like that idea. I like how it uses the word pure and is super effective on poison types. I'd make that move if it wasn't already made. It can probably even be powered by Mega Launcher!

@ InnocentBoy - Heart's Echo sounds like a sound move. Does it hit both targets on the field and makes Hyper Voice obsolete? Or single target just to be a different move?
