Another Felix
Not a move, but a status condition I think should happen: Terrified Halves your Pokemon's Special Attack and will cause them to occasionally be unable to attack, like Paralysis. Basically Attract with Burn effect on Special Attack. Remains throughout the entire battle even if the Pokemon is recalled, but ends after the entire fight is over. IDK if you played PMD, but that status is horrible. It needs to wear off after a certain time or once a PKMN is switched out. In that case it's 700% broken It wouldn't cause them to run away like in MD. Think Paralyze effect + Burn on Sp. Atk, but with no slowdown or added damage. And immune types would be Fighting, Psychic, and Dark. For an actual move... Afterburn Fire type Power: 80 Accuracy: 90% Hits for full damage on the first turn, then hits for half-damage on the next turn unless the Pokemon switches out. Ayumu
@ Stratos - Scizor gets three nice moves, and two of them are boosted by Technician. The Vacuum Shield move is a little broken though since it completely nullifies fire-type attacks, I believe? I think it should half their damage rather than completely nullifying them. Sounds so broken as it is, lol. @ Darvan Korematsu - Metagross will finally get a great set-up move! @ YagamiNoir4896 - Does Technician boosts all three separate hits? Ouch... Okay, I took out Mega Launcher boost from my Molten Shrapnel attack. Doesn't seem like the attack that would get boosted by Mega Launcher. Here's my new move! Astral Projection Type: GhostCategory: StatusPP: 20 (32)Power: ---Accuracy: ---If a Ghost-type Pokemon uses the move, special attack and speed increases by 1. Move can still be used even if asleep. If used by a non-Ghost type Pokemon, the Pokemon will become a pure Ghost type. They will not get the boost unless they use the move again. If used by a dual type Ghost-type Pokemon, they still retain both of their original typing. Available from Move Tutor. Jaromir
might as well. Corrosion Type: Poison Category: Special PP: 20 (32) Power: 70 Accuracy: 100% It has 10% chance to poison. Soul Strike Type: Fighting Category: Physical PP: 20 (32) Power: 70 Accuracy: 100% It has 10% chance to flinch. This move will hit Ghost type Pokemon super effectively. Yeah, that too. InnocentSerenity
Heart's Echo Type: Normal Attack Type: Special Base Power: Friendship / 2.5, Max 102 BP (Like Return, but Special) Learned by: Move Tutor Granted to: Any Pokémon that relates to love or empathy, such as Luvdisc or Gardevoir (Pixilate Bonus!), or evolves through Friendship or Pokémon-Amie Flavor Text: "A mystical power originating from the heart. The move becomes stronger as the friendship between the Trainer and Pokémon grows." My Commentary: Because Friendship is awesome! Eclipse Shine (Alternatively, Shadow's Cry) Type: Shadow (This is with Colusseum mechanics, so normal effectiveness against everything) Attack Type: Special Base Power: 110 BP Learned by: Shadow Pokémon Becomes: Heart's Echo Flavor Text: "The darkness of the night sky bestows its shadowy power to the user. Only Pokémon with a natural hatred of Trainers can use the ultimate Shadow move." My Commentary: This might be the main move of an important Pokémon in the fangame I have in mind. @ Spi - Heart's Echo is just a name. It's not intended to be a sound move, but I guess it might make sense. Single target, because it's already pretty powerful. i don't know, balance isn't something I'm good at. Ayumu
@ Myst - I like that idea. I like how it uses the word pure and is super effective on poison types. I'd make that move if it wasn't already made. It can probably even be powered by Mega Launcher! @ InnocentBoy - Heart's Echo sounds like a sound move. Does it hit both targets on the field and makes Hyper Voice obsolete? Or single target just to be a different move?
