Cepheus
Brain Freeze Type: Psychic Category: Status PP:15 Power: N/A Accuracy: 100 Effect: Freezes the opponent. way to OP with a 100% accuracy! give this to a fast Pokemon, like Mega-Alakazam or Mega-Mewtwo - and freeze the entire enemy team. Freeze is the most powerful status condition of them all, because it totally negates everything the frozen Pokemon does... except using Fire-type moves or Scald/Steam Burst (or whatever Volcanions signature move is) - and 10% to taw itself is very low... The only Status moves that have a 100% accuracy are paralysis moves (Thunderwave, Glare), and Toxic if used by a poison-type with an accuracy of 60% it would be bearable... I thought Glare had like 70 accuracy? and good point. Maybe only 100 if used by an Ice type. Freeze clause would prevent team freezes, though. Cepheus
Freeze clause would prevent team freezes, though. In competetive play - yes - but not in normal play. If I had this move in Reborn - Reborn wouldn't be even challanging anymore, except maybe Charlotte and Serra because they can't be frozen with Fire and Ice-types edit - 2 more Dragon moves: Dragon Fang Type: Dragon Category: Physical PP: 15 Power: 75 Accuracy: 95% Effect: The user attacks with sharp Dragon Fangs - more powerful than other Fang-moves. 20% chance to decrease the opponents Defence by 1 stage, and 10% chance to make the opponent flinch. Dragon Storm Type: Dragon Category: Special PP: 15 Power: 75 Accuracy: 90% Effect: The user concentrates it power, creating a heavy storm around itself that bursts out into all directions - hits all battle participents except the user [like Surf] Edited April 16, 2016 by Cepheus
Ironbound
Well, in Normal play, even Spore is broken, as entire teams can be levelled by a single Breloom. Freeze is worse than sleep because freeze turns can technically last for ever, but I agree anyhow that a 100% freezing move is a frightening prospect. Anyway, here is moar steel stuff: Resonate Type: Steel Category: Status PP: 15 Power: N/A Accuracy: 90% The user enters into resonance with the opponent, and makes them have an exact copy of the user's stat changes. Reverse Psych Up. Instead of copying the target's stat changes, you impart your own to the target. You don't lose your own, though. It could have its uses to transfer boosts to an ally in a double or triple battle, or even to pass a sat drop to an opponent (say, after using Draco Meteor) to cripple them and force them to switch. DiLimiter
Serenade Type: Normal Category: Status PP: 10 Power: N/A Accuracy: 70% The user serenades their opponent with a lovely song, slightly lowering their defense and special defense. The opponent will fall asleep a turn from this move's use unless switched out. Cannot be used if the opponent is already asleep. (Basically a delayed sing with a stat debuff) Quick Chop Type: Fighting Category: Physical PP: 15 Power: 50 Accuracy: 85% The user swiftly attacks their opponent with a lightning-fast karate chop. This move will always go first. 15% chance to make the target flinch.
Ironbound
Moar steel! Magnetic Pulse Type: Steel Category: Special Power: 60 PP: 15 Accuracy: 100% The user looses an odd electromagnetic Pulse at the opponent. It has a 100% chance to lower the foe's SpAtk. A steel type version of Delphox's Mystical Fire.
Cepheus
Cleansing Flame Type: Fire Category: Special Power: 80 PP: 10 Accuracy: 85% Effect: The user concentrates flames in his body, curing primary status-effects, and unleash the flames upon the opponent. If the attack is successful If a status effect is cured, the power of this move is reduced by 50% but gains perfect accuracy (unless it is unattackable during Fly, Dig, and similar moves) and gains priority. clarifications: Primary status effects are: Poison, Toxin, Burn, Frozen, Paralyzed, Sleep To cure a Status effect the Target must be available to be hit - but then the attack always hits, but for 40BP instead of 80BP. If the Attack is used while under a status effect, it gains priority +1 - however if the target is not available, due to Fly or Dig (and the likes), the Attack cannot connect and therefore not cure the status effect. (unless the Pokemon has No Guard)
Ironbound
That seems very, very useful. To the point of being broken if Lord of fire types get it; it'll be nice as since important Pokemon's signature move. Anyways, moooaaaar steeeeel; Ferric Blast Type: Steel Category: Physical Power: 100 PP: 5 (max 8) Accuracy: 95% The user concentrates its power and unleashes a burst of iron-hard fragments at the foe. It hits both opponents in a double battle, and does not make contact. It has a 50% chance to raise the user's defense by one stage. Steel type Diamond Storm, really. LeviathanHunter
Well this could be said as a slightly better version of hurricane but also slightly worse Cyclone: 90 Power 90 Accuracy The user wraps the target in a raging whirlwind has a 30% chance to confuse and has a high critical hit ratio Users: mostly flying types the only way to get it is through move tutor Edited April 27, 2016 by Shadowfox527
Cepheus
Gamma Knife Type: Poison Catgory: Physical Power: 70 PP: 15 Accuracy: 90 Effect: Stabs the target with a radiated sharp blade, such as a claw. 25% chance to poison the target, if the target is already poisoned this move will critical hit. ---- Injection Shot Type: Fairy Category: Special Power: 50 PP: 20 Accuracy: 95 Effect: Launches a barrage of Syringes, made from energy, at the target. If the opponent target is of the Poison-type or the target is poisoned, the poison will be cured and the power of this move is doubled. Ironbound
I know enough One Piece to get that one. More steel, because wynaut: Assimilate Type: Steel Category: Status Power: N/A PP: 10 (max 16) Accuracy: N/A The user fuses together its damaged body to recover upto 50% of its health when used. Steel type Recover y/y? We shall be immortal!

Cepheus
another one with Primary Status removal: Extinguish Type: Water Category: Special Power: 50 PP: 15 Accuracy: 95 Effect: Sprays the target with a fire-quenching foam, lowers the targets speed by one stage and cures the targets Burn status if possible. If the target is afflicted by Burn, the Burn status is cured, the power of this move is increased by 50% and lowers the targets speed by 2 stages instead of 1. A decent move that always lowers the targets speed - so good utility, but shines against Flame-Orb users, which are always re-burned at the end of a turn, profiting from increased damaged and double the speed reduction. Ironbound
Seems very specific, but I guess it boils down (heh, pun intended) to a modified variant of Bulldoze and Rock Tomb combined with idk, Smelling Salts? with its own quirk. Anyhow; more steel: Superconduct Type: Steel Category: Special Power: 65 PP: 15 (max 24) Accuracy: 100% The user attacks the foe with a metallic beam. It makes contact, despite being a special move (similar in nature to Grass Knot.) It doubles the power of any electric type move used directly after it (be it later in the same turn or at the start of the next turn, before any other damaging move is used). The power of any electric move involving the target is doubled, be it a move used against it by the user or an ally, or a move used by the target itself. For instance, if a Magnezone uses Superconduct on a Porygon-Z, Magnezone's subsequent Thunderbolt will deal double damage. If, however, Porygon-Z moves first and uses Shock Wave (on any target), then Shock Wave's power is doubled, but not Magnezone's subsequent electric move. Likewise, if in a double or triple battle, Discharge is used by any other Pokemon immediately after Superconduct is used on Porygon-Z, Discharge will deal double damage to Porygon-Z only, and deal normal damage to everything else. If the targeted Porygon-Z moved first and used Discharge, though, it would deal double damage to every other Pokemon. Of course, standard abilities and type immunities apply. This doesn't affect the way they work.
Jmanultrax1
Flame crash type: fire category:special power: 80 pp: 10 (max 18) accuracy: 100% the user builds up two separate flames in their hands, claws, etc and slams them together as their thrown towards their opponent. this attack causes physical damage. this attack only will have its critical chance increases by 10% when the users health is below 15%. Ironbound
You know, there can never be a thing as too much Steel. Bullet Storm Type: Steel Category: Physical Power: 100 PP: 10 (max 16) Accuracy: 90% The user unleashes a hail of sharp metallic fragments that has a 10% chance to make the target Flinch. The move targets all adjacent foes and allies. Does not make contact. Basically a Steel type spread move akin to Earthquake or Sludge Wave with an added affect. Lugruf
Name: [undefined] Type: [undefined] Category: Physical Power: 80 Accuracy: 100 PP: 5 Contact: Yes Has priority equal to the target's move's priority +1. Fails if the target's move has priority <= 0. Basically a priority move faster than the other's priority move, but it fails if the other uses a normal move. Not sure about the type or the name. Alternative version of the same move: Name: [undefined] Type: [undefined] Category: Physical Power: 40 Accuracy: 100 PP: 10 Contact: Yes Has priority equal to the target's move's priority +1. Fails if the target's move has priority <= 0. Makes the target flinch.

Samalet
Another thing to scare some Steel types: Name: Gaping Dark Type: Dark Category: Special Power: 95 Accuracy: 90% PP: 10 Signature move for Sableye, hits Rock and Steel type Pokemon super effectively (because Sableye consumes minerals). Breeding makes it available to Pokemon in the Human-like egg group like Alakazam, Mr Mime, Gothitelle and Beheeyem.

Jory
I've got 2 Grass-type moves in mind. Grass moves are pretty bizarre in general, which is why I <3 them. Snagging Roots Grass BP: 50 Accuracy: 100 PP: 10 Priority: +1 Type: Special Contact: Yes (like Grass Knot) Ballistic: No Traps a foe attempting to attack the user or its ally. Enemies hit by Snagging Roots cannot escape and take 1/16 type-scaled damage for 2-3 turns. The user gains 50% of residual damage (and is affected by Liquid Ooze). Fails if the enemy does not attack. Energy Cannon Grass BP: 110 Accuracy: 90 PP: 5 Priority: None Type: Special Contact: No Ballistic: No The user plants its roots and fires a powerful beam of green energy (like Energy Ball). User is rooted for the turn after use, but can still attack and use Items. Has a 10% chance to lower the target's Special Defense. The first is because many Grass-types have crippling Speed stats. Pokemon like Meganium and Venusaur can use this on bulky sets. The second is because Solar Beam is terrible without sunlight and despite Power Whip being a thing, we still haven't had a semi-normal powerful Grass attack with good distribution other than Leaf Storm. Petal Dance exists but has limited availability. Initially I wanted the accuracy at 80, but figured if it's rooted it would probably have better aim. Jmanultrax1
Sun Charge type:grass power:none accuracy:100% type:status contact:none pp:25 (max 30) the user gathers sun into its body generating a boost of power. it sharply raises the users speed. if its used during Sunny day the effect is x4. but sunny day will be removed.
