Hypa
umm flamethrower is known by both parents and ive been breeding and flamethrower is quite a common hand down move, i have no idea how breeding works tho :
Shadow Tack
both learn by level up?
Lucky98
If both parents know a move that a baby pokemon will learn by level up, the egg will hatch with that move. In your case, since both growlithe and litleo knew flamethrower, and growlithe learns flamethrower by level up, the growlithe inherited flamethrower as an egg move

Lucky98
Crunch is listed as one of it's normal egg moves. So only one parent needs to know it and growlithe cannot learn it through level up
Etesian
Ya know, we have a breeding guide in the Team Showcase section, all of this and more is explained there.
