As the title suggests, I'm trying to find the bird with the best ability next to truant. I go to the museum at night on every day and no grunts to be seen or director to be hassled. I beat Serra but is there more to this mystery? Oh Spinel town what do you mean?

I don't think that you can get the fossils from Spinel Town anymore. You can get them later on in Agate Circus, and you can revive them between episodes.

You only got the more gyms before you get there, but you won't be able to revive them.

And the best ability is Slow Start.

You can go between Agate Circus and Reborn City after you've finished E14 content but before going to the Water Treatment Plant, so you can revive and train up the fossil Pokémon then.

If I go to E14 can I get the fossil then in the museum.

General guy Slow start is too OP.

No, you can't get it at the museum if you switch back to E14.

Hang on now, I've picked up the Plume Fossil myself before even beating Serra in episode 15. It was the community version rather than the public release but I highly doubt it's changed. You must be missing something, though I can't think what it might be.

I got my Archen after I beat Serra in the Museum in E15 public release normally! Maybe there is a requirement to activate the event. Do you have completed the day-care couple event till the end?

Maker XP tells me that event was indeed NOT axed.

While I do not remember the conditions for this event anymore (One day I simply walked into the museum and the Meteors were there), fact is: The event still exists.

I suggest you try poking around and messing with stuff. Good luck~
