I watched this video - https://youtu.be/zCKJ6-nCWDw?t=27m29s and the dude appears for him. No one shows up for me and I can't continue in the story. There was only one Posted July 11, 2015 Share Posted July 11, 2015 I think your supposed to do a gang side quest or something like that talk to a few peeps in the street then enter the healing thing you should be able to enter after doing so... then the spiky haired guy should show up! I got the TM sunny day from the magma guy and I beat Archie so I got rainy day as well. I thought that would trigger it but nothing happened after. For some reason the White robe crazy dude actually had different dialogue and the man showed up... Thanks for your help anyways. I don't know why he wouldn't show up before. I just spammed the white robe dude, talked to one other guy then went into the house where you can heal your pokemon. I've done that before though... weird that it worked this time.
