By jumping on the pillars, you have to get to the one to the right on the player in the picture, then jump left onto the ledge with the rock.

Edit: I just went and looked, some of the rocks have been changed since that screen shot was taken, there doesn't seem to be a way to get to the link stone right now.

Once you get to that area where the arrow is pointed to, you should be easily able to get to where the Link Stone is.

I just tried doing that but can't seem to find a way up there. Have you gotten up there in the current release?

Now that I remember, I think it was reported there was some issues with the rocks being missing in Episode 15. If you can try it in an earlier episode it should work. This is what it looked like in a earlier episode.

That would work too, but I think it took til Episode 14.1.1 to actually fix the issue. Can't remember exactly.

EDIT: I just tested it since I have most of the Episode starting from Episode 9 and the issues started with 14.5. So Episode 14.1.1 or earlier should work to get you there.

I haven't played Reborn since e12 or so, and apparently this time around decided that the best way to Fully Experience the game would be to hidden-item hunt like a desperate beachcomber without a beach. Or a comb.

I've only just started the game though, and a lot of the items I've found/screenshotted/noted are generic things like shards or medicine/candy, which I'll spare due to the post potentially reaching marathon levels. Either way I keep adding to the list when I play, so if these sorts of things are vaguely useful I can add to them here.

Hopefully somebody somewhere in some universe might find some of this useful or interesting, or appreciate the effort in the kind of fond, patronising way usually reserved for dogs who run into glass doors.

So far this is only up to Shade's gym battle.

Hidden Berries

Not many yet, could be useful early game though.

Sometimes others are hidden by wild pokémon (e.g. Emolga + Cheri, Pichu + Oran, Cubchoo + Aspear)

Also screenshotted some of the hidden Ability Capsule locations. They've already been described in the first post, so I'm not sure how much more useful they are, but hey, I'm already having a lovely time.

People, people, people. I appreciate your efforts in uncovering every and any hidden little item in the region, but, the guide is a documentation of the general availiability of the most useful items and vendors and not a full catalog. There is no use looking for hidden items such as healing ones (they are buyable, there are also things like Lightshards or Pokecenters for that job), Berries (2nd Floor in the Dpt. Store), Gems (they are easy to find just by looking around, also type boosters previously unavailable have been added, and Gems are also buyable after some stickers, also plates are minable), Vitamins (the Power Items are buyable really early, Vitamins are only good to sell for profit) and there's a Common Candy vendor at the start of the game now, if you bothered cheching the healing candy section.

So please, stop wasting your effort in digging that stuff. Again, your effort and dedication are commendable. But there's no need to. These things are not for the guide.

As of the previous questions, the guide is not 100% complete yet. It's E15 combatible up untill Serra, since I'm doing a new run with an Itemfinder from the start to find everything. For the items after Serra, material from the older guide and the whole On the Hunt section has been used, eventually I'll complete the episode and correct, add and remove anything not E15-compatible.
